Haha where to start?…read more Once monthly I get four emails and seven text messages from each agent in this office because my auto pay didn't go through. It didn't go through because the card number I gave you guys got compromised by your agency (it's wild that banks can find where the trouble starts now), and I have made several attempts to get an agent here to change the card number despite their poor handling of my confidential information. They can't seem to get it right, but they can all rush my house with pitchforks once a month when that auto pay they messed up doesn't work. When I inquired with Mr Smeador himself about my missing refund check for the MCCA in may of this year he ignored me. When I got an email from State Farm corporate asking why I haven't cashed a check they sent to the wrong address I emailed him again and his response was "when did you email me?", which of course gave me the answer I needed I guess. Today I'm deciding which company that charges between 1.5-2 times State Farm for a premium I'm going with immediately because I'm done paying cheaper rates for worthless service. Pay more, pick a different company. That's my review I'm sharing everywhere

Her quote was also the lowest by quite a bit. I then asked for quotes on my current home and auto to check pricing, and again, the quotes came in quickly and were very favorable, so I made the jump.
