It happens every Sunday 12pm-5pm in the parking lot of Granddaddy's Antique Mall on Maple Ave. I've only been just a few times, but each Sunday they have about 6 or 7 food trucks arranged in the lot so each truck has their own drive thru line. You just pull up to the truck of your choice, each usually has a person on the ground taking orders and payment, get your order and be on your way.
