It is 100% bait and switch- and NOT for families. The rules seemed strict, but there is crap everywhere in front of sites and it is a literal dump! There is a mound of mattresses piled up in the driveway. The site we paid for- we couldn't even reach with our electric, without hitting a tree. We left. Without a refund. We were in town for a softball tournament and thankfully found a place that was at least clean.

There are two showers and a nice laundry room. Our 5th wheel is very large and it was easy access on the pull through site. The park was recently bought and they are working on things. We will stay there again . No electrical plugs in the bathrooms was the only thing I was surprised about. This park Is dog friendly and lots of open land to walk the dogs around.

This park has extremely reasonable monthly rates. The sites are huge with plenty of space in between them. The pool and hot tub are fantastic, clean and with such comfortable lounge chairs. The restrooms and laundry facilities are clean and in good working order; the washer & dryers look new. Theres an exercise room, a game room, a fishing hole, and a really nice playground for kids. The best part is how friendly, kind, helpful, and accommodating the office staff is! I highly recommend Coffee Creek RV Park!

They provide amenities down to suntan lotion and bug spray. Each one has an outdoor grill and sitting area/deck. If you are looking for a quick out of town cool experience, then this is your place.
