I was…read morecontacted by the dealership and they have resolved the issue to my satisfaction with regard to the finance person misleading me into signing a contract that was much too high due to his adding an extended warranty, which resulted in the need for Gap Insurance. The contract was re-written with the lower dollar amount, saving me over $70 a month on my payment. (After him telling me removing the extended warranty and gap insurance wouldn't lower my payment at all.) Now if I can get something done about the mechanic who evaluated my trade-in and lied about it having an oil leak around the head gasket (it doesn't).

Buyer Beware: Bought 2 used tires about 3 weeks ago. Today…read more1 of those tires blew. Upon inspection of the tires both tires that were purchased were severely dry rotted. They both needed replaced. If you are looking for something to just get you to another location, then this place is for you. If you're looking for a decent used tire to last, don't go here. Everyone else (3 dealers and 2 independents) were booked out a week or more. Obviously Matt is a busy guy but his work ethic is outstanding and he is part of the rare breed of service providers these days who cares. He can multi task and i feel that his work is efficient. He test drove the car right away, and is now under the hood on another call with Red Bull drink waiting and diagnosing the issue and already has a suspect glow plug yanked out. He hasn't done any quoted work for me yet but he is getting 5 stars for who he is - energetic, caring, competent and for what he is doing at a brisk pace for me wo an appointment. He is hustling for me and it is appreciated. I have not seen this level of effort and service in a long time. If I lived here he would be my mechanic!

Tony and his mechanical provide detailed and verifiable explanation for everything they worked on and worked a extra few hour so that I could back on the road to Maryland the next morning (~ 450 miles).
