It should have been ready on the 27th of June, then it was the 3rd now it's the 5th of July. 11 weeks in the shop, I still do not have my car, I have been having to rent a car for months, it's been an emotional, mental and financial nightmare. As long as I live and as loud as I can I am going to tell everyone how finnicum has treated me and handled this situation. It should have been resolved weeks ago but they thought it would be cheaper to fix than replace...... think that's gonna cost them some business too. I later took it to a different mechanic, who told me that the transmission was completely shot, which differed from what D&K Auto told me (D&K said they had replaced it the year before and had a warranty on it). The mechanic also said that questionable work was done on the AC, which caused all of the freon to leak out. This caused me to look into the business, and I discovered that both their Dealer License and Tax ID were not current or valid. They sold me a broken used car illegally and pocketed almost $1,000 in taxes! They refuse to take my calls or answer my emails.
