Id give it 0 stars if I could. Do NOT trust this place. I called last year trying to get a front end alignment and they told my grandfather who I was staying with at the time I needed all of this extra crap done to my car without my knowledge while I was working. Total scam. I gave them no permission to start performing anything onto my car either. I even spoke to the owner of the place. Anyways they went behind my back to manipulate an old man and swindle him out of his money. As soon as my grandfather (who is not the owner of the vehicle) informed me, I told them to stop immediately. They lied to me and said the work was done when my grandfather had just been notified less than 30 minutes before.Anyways they are liars and scammed us. My poor grandfather felt so obligated and stressed he believed the work was already done and paid up over $1,100. A front end alignment which was $92.76, and $1,052.72 to work on the struts, suspension and axle. This service occurred on March 28, 2022. Months later I went to Gun Nissan and had a multi point Inspection on October 12, 2022. To my surprise my Front struts, suspension, and cv axle ALL FAILED INSPECTION. Taggart you should be SUED. Anyways here is proof of my receipts.

Of course, the truck was ready for pick up the next day. This time when asked about getting a rental AND keeping it between the time the parts were in hand when the truck was done, we were told we could have a rental and Aransas Autoplex would cover 100% of the cost. The paperwork I have in hand even says for the rental, Direct Bill 100%. So, 22 days later when we drop off the rental and pick up the truck, we get charged a deductible of $140.12. Now that can't be a deductible on the warranty repair, so I am guessing that is a deductible for the rental. As I dig deeper, I see Enterprise billed Autoplex $968.00 and $39.38 Vehicle License Fee (Vlf) and Motor Vehicle Rental Tax of $100.74. The latter two total the $140.12. SO HOW IS THAT COVERED 100%? The paperwork my wife picked up when she got the truck said mileage out 19485, except the odometer said 19501 when she got in it. Did they take it for lunch? If that was after test driving it, put the correct mileage on the paperwork. No sense putting a mileage out reading until you know the truck is working correctly. And I should mention that the running board and what I would refer to as the B Pillar on the driver's door were covered with oily residue and hand prints. The door had oil inside and out. I'm debating on recommending or not. Return text messaging was slow, but because I know we aren't the only customers they have, I'll recommend for now.

Called Thursday afternoon, was told it would be done first thing Friday morning. No call from anyone. Roy T!!! You are the man!…read more I was searching for a C300 with specific features and found one 3 hours away. Roy and I handled all negotiations over phone, text, and email before I made the trip. When I purchased, there were no surprise fees or charges. What I really appreciated was being treated as an equal by Roy as well as the entire dealership. There are plenty of times where professionals will discuss with my husband even though I am the ultimate decision maker for my car. Minor details that could've been a hassle if it wasn't for Roy's communication, follow-through, and general professionalism: - The C300 had a few small paint chips from normal wear and tear. - The spoiler wasn't attached properly Solutions: Roy said he'd mail over a touch-up kit, and he did. He also advised me to take it to my local Mercedes dealership for warranty repair (I didnt have the time to wait for the service to be done same-day at Ed Hicks). I followed up with my local dealership and like roy said, it was covered under warranty and everything went smoothly. The whole experience was easy, honest, and pleasant. I'm planning to buy future cars from Roy

I regularly purchase vehicles out of state and rarely write reviews, but this experience stands out…read morefor the wrong reasons. I agreed to terms on a car and was ready to move forward. Instead, the dealership delayed the process on their end while "checking with other dealers" and handling things internally. During that time -- after several messages, a few phone calls, and multiple days of back-and-forth -- the car was sold to someone else. This wasn't a case of a last-minute competing buyer. It reflects a lack of deal control and a willingness to continue shopping a vehicle even after terms are agreed, without clearly communicating that to the buyer. At the level of purchasing a $90K+ vehicle in cash, there should be a much higher standard of professionalism, transparency, and follow-through. Instead, I was left in limbo while the dealership continued to pursue other options behind the scenes. The result was a complete waste of time and a breakdown in trust. If a dealership is not prepared to secure a vehicle once terms are agreed, that should be made explicitly clear upfront. Proceed with caution, and make sure you have explicit written confirmation that a vehicle is being held before assuming a deal is in place.
