I have found a few things there I haven't seen in other smoke shops, making them my go to for every such purchase. What really impressed me, was that they took back and exchanged a purchase I didn't think was returnable. The item must have been factory damaged because it looked fine at first but then overheated which has never happened before. I was so surprised to be offered a replacement..and very happy also. We were very kind and genuinely asking for guidance, don't know why he treated us that way. Overall rude experience, he wasn't helpful and was very judgmental. **hello, The employee working that night did say you didn't carry it which we understood, but before telling us that he was extremely judgmental saying "I wouldn't use that" in a condescending voice. He also proceeded to interrogate me, asking, "you don't know what's in it?" I tried explaining that a friend bought it for me, which is why we went in to inquire. When he said you guys didn't carry it we understood and decided to leave. I never insisted that they are hiding anything in the back, so whatever he said was a lie. I had to say "I trust my friend," who bought it for me, to which he slightly backed down from the judgmental tone. If you review the footage he never recommended a dispensary until we were walking out, you can see my friend and I turn around and he tells us something. Our body language also shows no signs of "insisting" or accusing them of hiding things. Our faces show only confusion as to why he was treating us that way. I understand trusting your employees and wanting to believe everything they say, especially since I'm just reviewing, but what he told you is inaccurate. I appreciate the reply but nothing was explained multiple times and the judgmental tone wasn't something we imagined.
