Awesome service . Huge selection always have anything and everything you want and need

This used to be my favorite shop in Long Beach and would rave about it to all my friends. I purchased a brand new vape from here today and it was defective right out of the package. The device wouldn't turn on at all, even when connected to a charger. I returned to the store almost immediately with the packaging expecting a simple replacement, but the owner was extremely rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Instead of resolving the issue, he tried to shift blame and gaslight the situation, even though the device clearly never worked. Any reputable shop knows that sometimes products arrive defective, and replacing it for a customer who just purchased it is basic customer service. Even just the right thing to do as a human being. Instead, I was refused help and the guy wouldn't even provide his name when asked. Such a disappointing experience. I paid for a product that never worked and was treated poorly when I tried to resolve it and there never was a solution. I'd never come back or spend my money here again. read more

This is the spot fam. No joke, this is the only vape shop I've been to in the last few years that has legit brands and decent prices. It's not cheap cause the game changed and uncle Phillip Morris wants vapers to switch to boo boo products. BUT.... You don't have to fall for the scam. I walked into the store just looking for a vape and as soon as I walked in there was not an employee. As I was making my way up to the counter and just looking around, the employee came out from the back yelling and being extremely rude. He said why would I be looking around and taking things off shelves when everything 21+ was locked behind counters. I wasn't taking anything yet he slammed a book down with the selections of vapes at the counter and was saying very rude things. I just said no thanks and walked out, that's the worst employee i've ever encountered at a smoke shop. Terrible. read more

This place sells knock off vapes. Bought a battery and it stopped working after a week, it wouldn't charge enough to use. All they offered was a $5 discount on a new vape. Do not come here! They will sell you a faulty pen, and not let you exchange! Been coming here for probably 6 months now, every other week. Tried a new one (which I rarely do), which happened to be malfunctioned. First hit was nothing but a taste of burnt coils with no flavor. Took it back and he told me there was nothing he could do. I was skeptical at first because I've never been to a smoke shop before. I've been to vape shops but not shops like this. I walked in and was greeted by Michael who asked me what I needed. Asked him if he had coils for a Kangertech, low and behold he did! $4 for 1 or 5 for $19 I think. Premium juice starts at $10/bottle. I got what I needed and was ready to leave, but that wasn't just it. Michael offered to swap out my burnt coil for me, lube it, clean my threads, clean my O-Ring, refill my juice for me, and then set me at the right wattage for my coil. Absolute best service I've ever had compared to the other vape shops I've ever been to. Others have never really been clear about how many watts nor did they educate me on how it works. Michael is the man! He's just a man trying to provide to the community. I'll be back should I need anything! I highly recommend this shop to everyone. read more

i used to like coming here, but the past 3 times i've gotten disposable (bang) vapes and they do not work, i've gone back and they would change them out no problem. but this last time (today) i went back and the guy told me that he wasn't able to. i mean these things aren't the cheapest and when one doesn't work that's a waste of money. he couldn't and wouldn't help he at all with the situation even though i go there all the time. needless to say i won't be going here again, really disappointing. read more

I literally just downloaded this app and made an account to give this place one star. Just spent $30 on two Puff Plus' yesterday only to have both of them die within 20 hits. I kid you not before I got home both vapes were useless and these and typically supposed to last 800 puffs. All this aside the important message is that THEY ARE SELLING COUNTERFEIT PUFF BARS and that's why they died early. After researching I found the coloring was off and the code on the box was not recognized. Not coming here again. read more

I stumbled into this shop after my last loyal mod had taken a beating, and was well over three years old. Not only did they have a great selection of new devices, but tanks, juices, and battery needs. I spent at least thirty minutes trying to device which new vape baby I was going to take home, and not only did they hook me up with a deal on batteries, but gave me a great deal on two new juices and the device itself. One which was a really amazing import from England that's perfect for a fruity sweet lover like me.
