They make sure you are helped immediately. I've walked into other hookah shops that don't even say hello, which is not a good way to treat your paying customers. They are very attentive and will tell you everything you need to know about your tobacco purchases. This place definitely has good customer service down to a tee! The shop is always fully stocked and the prices are competitive. A to-go hookah is about 8 dollars here, other places around town charge 10. The orange heads are very fresh and they last a long time. I've had some that burn out quick, but these orange heads last noticeable longer. They have all kinds of tobacco brands and all the hookah equipment you need.
