Intermittent starting issue on my car. Made the missing of going to O'Railly Rockport Told "You've…read moregot a bad battery", bought new battery, same problem. Then, "you need new terminals if that doesn't fix it, you'll need a new starter". Changed terminals this morning same problem. Went to O'Railly Aransas Pass for a starter, tech said let's look at it before ordering starter. Check connections and both fuses boxes, turns out problem was the ignition block fuse had wiggled lose... Stay away from O'Railly Rockport, those kids just sell you parts and have no clue. If you need something drive the extra distance to Aransas Pass, they know what they are doing!!!

Thank GOD I called Discount Auto Parts and spoke with Seth who went above and beyond by calling their other location to make sure Conner had the starter for my car. I thank GOD for these wonderful little angels that we ran into (Alie & her sister) Alie's starter had went out on her car the night before so she was there at the exact time (GODs timing) taking her starter off and was able to take off our old starter and put the new starter on so we finally got the car up and go on about 4 PM after spending the entire Labor Day Saturday broke down out of town miles and miles and miles away from our home in Dallas. Dealt with 3 different employees over a 6 month period as the current staff member had "moved on". Phone calls never returned and the attitude that you are served is just wonderful! I swear I thought my RV had been stolen after being on consignment for 7 months and never receiving a straight answer from anyone. At one point, a former employee contacted me and stated that I needed to make an insurance claim on my RV as it had arrived at the Mathis location with roof damage. After a several day fiasco, it was determined that the damage was "supposedly" on another RV with an owner of the same name. Imagine how annoyed my insurance company was? At another point, when I was going to move the RV, several different employees almost begged me to keep it there on consignment, swearing it would be sold soon. Sure, for way less after they had it listed well over 10K above book. Ridiculous. And be wary of the manager Chris, who plays good cop and pretends to be sympathetic to your frustration. I have waited over a month and still have not received a bill of sale. This is on top of taking a reduced amount on a very popular model of RV that should have sold quickly. You will be better off listing your RV yourself. I should have went with their competitor in Rockport. FYI - the RV was originally purchased at Howdy. I have also bought and sold several personal RV's and boats over the last 20 years. The way this staff behaves at this business is incredible and I can't for the life of me understand how they are still in business. The high reviews are VERY suspect.

This was our second visit this winter -- first time was in December -- and just like the first, we were in and out with a repaired tire in less than an hour. The staff is super, they get the vital information and then immediately set a technician on the job. This was our 4th visit overall during the past 3 winters for similar tire punctures (keeping score -- 2 nails and 2 screws) and each time the problem was taken care of quickly and permanently. Hats off to what we believe to be the best vehicle service business in the area!

We had our 2024 Silverado in to repair the same issue with the transmission for the second time…read more The last time we had issues with rental cars not being authorized during the time the parts were received and the time they worked on the truck, When I complained about it, they authorized a loaner from them for no charge. Of course, the truck was ready for pick up the next day. This time when asked about getting a rental AND keeping it between the time the parts were in hand when the truck was done, we were told we could have a rental and Aransas Autoplex would cover 100% of the cost. The paperwork I have in hand even says for the rental, Direct Bill 100%. So, 22 days later when we drop off the rental and pick up the truck, we get charged a deductible of $140.12. Now that can't be a deductible on the warranty repair, so I am guessing that is a deductible for the rental. As I dig deeper, I see Enterprise billed Autoplex $968.00 and $39.38 Vehicle License Fee (Vlf) and Motor Vehicle Rental Tax of $100.74. The latter two total the $140.12. SO HOW IS THAT COVERED 100%? The paperwork my wife picked up when she got the truck said mileage out 19485, except the odometer said 19501 when she got in it. Did they take it for lunch? If that was after test driving it, put the correct mileage on the paperwork. No sense putting a mileage out reading until you know the truck is working correctly. And I should mention that the running board and what I would refer to as the B Pillar on the driver's door were covered with oily residue and hand prints. The door had oil inside and out. I'm debating on recommending or not. Return text messaging was slow, but because I know we aren't the only customers they have, I'll recommend for now.

Followed up two times via phone and one via text with no replies from anyone in the service department. Had to escalate to the service manager to get a response and status. So ya know, they suck.
