This was our second visit this winter -- first time was in December -- and just like the first, we were in and out with a repaired tire in less than an hour. The staff is super, they get the vital information and then immediately set a technician on the job. This was our 4th visit overall during the past 3 winters for similar tire punctures (keeping score -- 2 nails and 2 screws) and each time the problem was taken care of quickly and permanently. They went above and beyond driving to find my parts, had my truck finished by 2pm. Also gave me a 36K mile/36 month warranty on my parts. They saw I have Veteran plates and offered me the Military discount and gave me $50 gift card for their boutique down the road- a must see. The staff was great to deal with and informative about my repairs, along with things to do in the area and places to eat.
