I called several of the suppliers in the Corpus Christi area and they all said it would be weeks before they could get the part in. I eventually called Del Air and explained what I needed. They told me to bring the broken part in and they would try to get me fixed up. This was an awesome step in the direction of providing good customer service. It took the folks at Del Air about 15 minutes of effort before they came up with a simple solution that has become a permanent fix. My most recent involvement with Del Air was in regards to a tankless hot water heater that did not survive the winter. Del Air was able to source a replacement unit and get it freighted in for a very reasonable cost. Del Air did NOT try to take advantage of a tourist in a seemingly desperate position. For that reason, along with their excellence in customer service I wholeheartedly recommend them.

I took the truck back in for them to fix the antifreeze leak as a result of their initial repair. I…read morepointed out several other things that were wrong and they did not ix them all. The two headlights screws we're still incorrect and I had to go buy two more to fix that myself there was a hose that was routed incorrectly and not secured so I fixed that myself also, 5 push pin type plastic connectors to secure hoses and lines we're not secured and the coolant was a quart and a half low, on a positive note they did add the two missing screws to secure the radiator and fix the coolant leak and I gained a new boxend ratchet wrench for my toolbox. Extremely disappointed as everybody there was very friendly and nice but just could not seem to get it together to do a quality job.

I was told to get this company to come fix my shower for a warranty problem. The pipe behind the…read moreshower spout. The company fixed that problem. They had to come out 4 times to recaulk it because i was still having a leak problem. Well they came fix the outside door underneath the shower which was another problem on the 5th time they came out. About 2 weeks after they first fixed the shower. The next day I'm showering and there's a puddle of water outside the shower coming from underneath. My husband had the same problem. We go outside look under the shower and the pipe was leaking huge puddle down there and mold behind the piece that is under the shower. I texted them and I didn't hear back I asked for the owner. I called them and the owner didn't want to come out because he was on another job and then said his earliest would be Monday. IM SORRY but if your workers messed something up wouldn't you think you would be there asap? That's what I thought. Well I'm texting them telling them everything I was told on the phone that they take pride in their work. but wouldn't take pride in this? The owner finally came look at it after my boyfriend took out the entire shower himself. Called off of work. We had to go to Lowe's spent $350+ on somethin that they jacked up and we had to replace piping, walls due to mold. Anyways the owner came and all he said I can't wrap my head around how this was just noticed after there was no leak. Trying to imply we did it ourselves. The finished product that I got was amazing. It looks exactly how I remember it from over 15 years ago. I grew up riding around in that truck with my dad before inheriting it myself. Time took its toll and it was in rough shape. These guys delivered phenomenal results. Everything was fast and efficient with them. No haggling, no delays, no beating around the bush,just straight up results. I was in and out within a week.
