The "express" co sister of vacuuming, Windows, dash and door jams. They vacuumed. Never vacuumed the back. And they certainly didn't vacuum the wash area. It took nearly an hour, wjen i was quoted 20 minutes, and the waiting area had no heat. Came home and had to reclean myself.

My escalade had a little dirt on the back from driving on a dirt road, and some dirt from my shoes on the running boards, and was not really even dirty, so i figured a quick once over from a machine would be nice. I went on a Sunday around 130pm and when I asked for the 3 dollar wash, he insisted I purchased a $12 car wash. I said the $3 wash would be good enough and then asked if there were towels for use or purchase, and he said "HELL NO". Then even though he was standing there with a sprayer, he refused to spray the dirt off of my running boards. After I ran the car through the wash, I came back around and asked him why he didn't spray off my running boards, and he said it was because I didn't get the $12 dollar wash. He was very confrontational and rude. I told him he should put $3 NOT car wash because your car is still dirty after going to oasis. I went across the street to the other place that has a $6 wash, and when I told them that I just came from oasis, they washed my car for free, and didn't have a problem washing my running boards with their little sprayer. Save your money and just got to the other car wash place, even though they did not towel dry my car there, they have soft water so it didn't leave streaks on my black paint job.

**Update 1 Aug 2024**…read more I went back thru the carwash yesterday and both of my issues had been remedied/corrected. The air dryer ran for the full cycle and I checked 3 of the 4 card swipers (4th bay was out of order) and my card did not get snagged whatsoever. Owner has been very quick to respond to messages and also taking action on repairs. I like that the touchless carwash has 4 selections and does a good job of reaching all areas of even my larger pickup. I have been using this facility since it opened a couple years ago. I was excited considering I would drive all the way to Marshall to use their touchless but now have a facility about 5 minutes away. Over the past 2 years the dryer function has deteriorated with a majority of the time it only running for about 15 seconds before shutting off, even though we pay for 60 seconds. 2nd issue is the card swipers in the bay's. Not only do 2 of them not read cards, but 1 of them actually "chews" up the edges of your card, peeling back the lamination and scuffs/scratches the magnetic strip on the back of the card. The convenience of the ability to use credit/debit cards in the bays would be great if they could actually be used. The reliability concerns with the touchless drive-thru dryer are all enough to send me back to my original wash in Marshall. It's worth the longer drive (15-20ish minutes 1 way) for the peace of mind knowing their equipment has never let me down. ** Update ** I did post on 2 platforms. I found the facebook site after this one and had the opportunity to message directly with the owner. I feel that they listened to my concerns and took them seriously. I will revise both this rating and the Facebook once the requested repairs to their facility have been made.

I can say that the staff at Bob and Kay's are helpful but having nobody outside guiding u into the wash is a bit odd...though it works fairly well. The wash itself is maybe a tad below their competition but still gets the job done. The vacuums are also a bit weak and I think they need a little maintenance to get then sucking better again. I've tried calling, I've sent email and nothing is being done. The only reason I gave one star is because you have to. Next step is to get a lawyer.
