Zero attempts were made to reach out to me to rectify this. Each time I spoke to one of the associates and "managers", the same message was communicated to me that there is a "no refunds" policy. This policy doesn't work when a food order is wrong or not edible. Your food is already overly expensive and you expected customers to absorb the cost when the food was made incorrectly or not edible? This is a sure way of losing customers. Another thing, It is transparently obvious that you copy and pasted this generic response to these types of posts to feign concern.

My family of five (2 adults/3 kids - 2 teen/1 - 6 yr. old) we're all full off of only two bowls and a order of their awesome crazy topped fries. We did have to try and put a little more in us because of their dessert offering and it did not disappoint, fried cheesecake with a cinnamon caramel topping. The right thing to finish off our meal. I ordered the rice bowl topped with tempura shrimp. Very disappointing. Where's the shrimp? Nothing but batter that I peeled away to get to the shrimp. Also, too much mayonnaise, very little slaw, and flavorless yellow rice. Sorry for the downer review especially when a woman (the chef) is doing business. I am a big supporter of women in business. I hope this review helps her step up the flavors of this particular dish. This is my first time trying this food truck and maybe other options are better. Good luck.
