We went there on a Saturday and were actually referred to this Blairsville location with a different name, as the manager (Chase) at Goin' Postal was filling in at Mountain Lakes Business Center that day and was the one with expertise in wrapping extremely fragile objects. Both Chase and Seth, managers of the Hiawassee and Blairsville stores, respectively, were incredibly careful in their packing and responsive to our phone calls. They took their time to carefully package fragile objects and then called us with a quote. One flour cannister, which we were able to easily find a replacement for on eBay, did break but that was because UPS appeared to let an elephant sit on the box it was sent in! And Seth, who advised us to call their store first with any problems rather than calling UPS, has been very willing to help us file a claim. Anyway, we would use them again and highly recommend them.

I rented a small storage unit from this company renegade storage on highway 129 North over the line…read moreto North Carolina from Georgia. I read it there smallest storage unit it started at $44 and ended up at $60 within 3 years. I paid consistently on time and had no issues during my 3-year use. That all changed when I decided to move out of the unit at the end of April 2023. I took myself off auto pay and also talked to one of their associates on May 6th to let them know that for sure I was gone. Well evidently their line was they have no people over there to look and it's all done remote. That's not my problem but since I didn't send a picture of a clean little 5x10 unit within a month they had decided I owed them $277. They are blood suckers they keep track of the fine print because these guys want every single penny they can get out of you. So instead of thanking me for being a great customer for 3 years and passing on the word I want to pass on the word to never use renegade storage part of copper management as far as I understand. I promise you when you get ready to leave you'll be very unhappy. Oh also said it was climate controlled and that was just a flat lie and someone had already come to my storage unit and realize I was gone at the end of April I still had to pay for May just cuz I raised. so much Cain. First; the workers who came to do the job were polite, professional and knew their job and did it…read morewell. That's the only reason they are getting at least 2 stars. This is to tell you to use caution when discussing price. When I ordered a non emergency septic pump out I was quoted $545, which I thought was pricey but saw their good reviews. After the job I was charge $690. When I inquired about the jump in price I was told it was an extra $100 because they had to dig to get to septic lid. True, they had to dig a mere 3 inches and di not have to search for the tank. If I had been told this up front, I would have dug myself or used another company. I have been on septic for decades and never been itemized like this before. Digging (within reason) was always part of the price. Again, I wish I was told about their itemization up front. Then they added $25 to clean the filter which was a 2 minute job consisting of pulling it out a swishing it around in the waste water. Finally, a 3% credit card fee which I was not told about or given the opportunity to pay by check. So, although they did a good job, make sure you ask a lot of questions about their pricing policy before hiring. As for me, I'll be using another company next time.
