We had to wait around after our wedding for them in the dark to come get their stuff! We paid a lot of extra money for these services and definitely didn't get what we paid for.. Rented a couple of large coffee pots for a wedding for $30. They turned out to be complete and…read moreepic failure. No matter what plug-in we used to power them, the coffee pots blew the circuit. When we took them back to the Party store and asked for a refund they denied the request. Then we were later told we had to plug them into separate circuits. That's crazy. You would never know what plugs were on separate circuits and since when do coffee makers that are not commercial/office grade require a 20amp circuit by it self. The owner has refused to refund the $30 after hearing what transpired. We are a bit shocked that for $30 dollars they show & demonstrate such bad customer service. I will not rent from them again and advise others to really think about the quality of products and service you are going to get for your special or once in a lifetime event.

When i finally got inside, I quickly realized that this was not a skate shop at all. All they sold were overpriced (and cheap) used, thrifted clothes or drug paraphernalia. I have nothing against those things but it was not what I was expecting and i was severely disappointed They did have an old vintage pair of vans eras which were dope. Other than that their 'vintage' clothes were too hippie-ish for me and kinda trash overall. I guess it's a good place to go if you need a zippo, incense, or blotter paper. For a moment I wondered if it was actually open to the public, but it is indeed. It's not a large space (smaller than the one of days past) but it is chock full of stuff. There is stuff to help you celebrate just about any occasion, from birthdays and anniversaries to graduations and holidays. Napkins, cups, decor, trinkets and favors all can be found here. I found Paper Caper on Yelp here and noticed one of the reviews mention their gift wrapping service. Of course, I came into their business looking like a typical man in gym clothes, completely out of my element in this type of store. I looked more like I belong at a sporting goods or outdoors shop. Regardless of my appearance, I walked through the threshold and was greeted by what would seem your prototypical seasonal music and decor. The store had pleasant Christmas music playing and the smell was something out of Ms. Claus's potpourri lounge. The young lady I approached at the counter was polite, courteous, and to the point. She answered my questions about gift wrapping and offered multiple variations and ideas. I came away with a pleasantly wrapped present with a cute little bow for one of my wife's Christmas presents. I even gave the lady a warning that I'd be back with other presents. Through all my warnings, she smiled and said kindly that that would be no problem whatsoever.
