When i finally got inside, I quickly realized that this was not a skate shop at all. All they sold were overpriced (and cheap) used, thrifted clothes or drug paraphernalia. Of course, I came into their business looking like a typical man in gym clothes, completely out of my element in this type of store. I looked more like I belong at a sporting goods or outdoors shop. Regardless of my appearance, I walked through the threshold and was greeted by what would seem your prototypical seasonal music and decor. The store had pleasant Christmas music playing and the smell was something out of Ms. Claus's potpourri lounge. The young lady I approached at the counter was polite, courteous, and to the point. She answered my questions about gift wrapping and offered multiple variations and ideas. I came away with a pleasantly wrapped present with a cute little bow for one of my wife's Christmas presents.
