I have had several positive experiences with Bill's Flower Tree. I was looking for something local and classy. I found that here. On the several occasions that I used this flower service, I was more than happy with how incredible the flowers looked. On one occasion, I was getting flowers for my significant other and I realized (after ordering online) that I had spells something incorrectly on the card. I called them and the gentleman who answered the phone was happy, friendly, and kind. I wish I had taken down his name for this review. On another occasion I was ordering a large bouquet of flowers for my boyfriends mother and I was half expecting a small, spotty bouquet. No offense to Bill's, I'm just used to being disappointed when it comes to large arrangements. I was so friggin happy when I saw what I paid for. The prices are very fair for the type of love they put into their arrangements. Beyond disappointed. Spoke to them 2 weeks ago to plan for a wreath for a pending event. Called on Tuesday and paid for a wreath to be done Wednesday or Thursday. They said they would call when it was done. Friday arrived with no call and I spend 2 hours trying to reach them via phone, leaving voicemails and finally found a different number which ended up being a cell phone number. Someone answered the number and said they didn't do the order. Not that they forgot, or couldn't reach me, no, they just didn't do it or call me. They agreed to do it right away as I had no choice to cancel and go with another florist given it is the Friday before Mothers Day (she also agreed no one would take my order this late). I had to drive from Portland to Albany as the person who was going to pick it up for me for working. Wreath was done when I arrived but she had never billed my credit card and couldn't find the info anywhere. To top it all off, I had asked for confidentiality as it was someone who had passed away. I am now finding it out that it was shared in the community and am honestly stunned and beyond disappointed. Florists used to be a point of trust, reliability and confidentiality. Not sure how many more reasons I can give for not recommending Bill's Flower Tree. read more

We were from out of town, and picked a florist randomly from the internet. Their employee on the phone was incredibly patient and helpful, asking how much I wanted to spend. They made an amazingly beautiful casket spray for our father's memorial that was beyond our expectations, and exactly what I envisioned when I spoke with your girl on the phone. It truly made a positive difference in the whole proceedings since it was the focal point during the service. Their extra effort made a huge impact for a family who just lost their dad. We bought a bouquet on-line for a funeral. When we saw the bouquet in person it looked NOTHING like the photo. We were extremely disappointed and called to see if there was a mix-up. I wasn't impressed at all with their service. I bought my girl a bouquet for Valentine's Day for $60 & it wasn't anything like the picture showed online. It ended up looking like a rinky dink $15 bouquet. I had it delivered to her work & they lied about it allready being delivered when in actuality it was delivered 2 hrs later. If I were you I'd go to Safeway & get atleast double the flowers for your money!! #2ThumbsDown read more
