Just got off Hwy checked into hotel and went across st to Hooters. Waited 3min to be seated asked the lady working can I just sit and waited another 4min. Then left. I see why the rating is 2 stars( several walked past me too did not look that busy) but you would have thought since I interacted with the lady at front she would have seated me. This place was great! I called on the phone at 11pm and they told me that they closed at midnight. It took me a half hour to get here and I walked in at 11:30pm. I sat at the bar and ordered. There was no rush from the bartender to get me out the door in a half hour...in fact I left past midnight. So many restuarants will try to rush you out the door by throwing your check in your face. I had my favorite here...the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich here is one of the best...it is just perfect...plus I can get the taste of the wings without the mess of eating wings. I also had the famous curly fries which are so good. The cheese sauce has been changed too...they have added jalepeno's in here...nice edition to spice it up. The bartender recommended I not have the beans...that was nice of her...but then the chef added them in along with my potato salad. They were very dry but they still tasted good. There are a lot of resturant choices on this strip of road but I would highly recommend stopping in here for some amazing food! read more

In one word I could describe this location. SLOW! An hour and a half for lunch and it isn't even busy... wow is all I can say. I got Baja shrimp tacos they were OK chicken sandwich burnt and fries were greasy. Manager didn't really seem to care ... won't be back! read more

This is a really good place to eat. The wait is almost nill, and the food is always good. Service really varies from server to server, but for the most part is is excellent. Note to self - next time I crave chicken wings, go to the nearest gas station and hope they have them. If not, get something off the roller grill. ANYTHING is better than the wings at this Hooters location. The service was mediocre at best with 21 people eating in the entire restaurant. 3 servers, 1 bartender, 4 cooks, what appeared to be a manger and an overweight attitude filled host equals a horrible experience. Wings were extra greasy instead of extra crispy as requested, out of Tito's vodka and cold cheese sticks made my stay bad, really bad. Everything was slow but when I asked for the check, it came very quickly and was even presented with a smile & kind words. WTF? I found NONE of the ladies on duty attractive, but was really there for wings and the game. Damn - at least the game turned out ok. The goofy white cook was the worst. Seemed to be joking around the whole time I was there & delivering cold food. This experience has finally broken my desire to keep giving Hooters a chance. It's just like most other Hooter's I've been too. The place is nice and open, service is always good, and I always enjoy the wings. The last time we were in was New Years Eve for an early dinner with our daughter. The girls treated our daughter like a princess. They gave her balloons and talked with her so my husband and I could look at the menu for a few seconds. This is one of the few places I prefer the medium sauce to the mild as the mild really has no taste. If you order the medium get it on the side because I found it loses so much flavor cooked on the wings. The other thing I love her is the fried pickles! It has been years since I have been in a Hooters. We ran a Spartan Race in Laurel, Indiana and saw that one was close to I75 and I70 so we swooped in for dinner and some beers before the trip back up north to Michigan. Hostess staff was courteous and fast. Our waitress was right at the table taking orders and making suggestions. She was on the ball, very nice and professional. We smashed 40 wings together and a burger each and two pitchers of beer. Food was good, hot and delivered fast. Our waitress made several trips to the table to make sure we were good to go. There was a table full of drunk and obnoxious firemen that were all wearing their local shirts (does a fireman ever leave the house without telling the world what he does for a living, anyway?) that was giving our waitress a hard time. They were rude, drunk and acting like idiots. We tipped out our waitress more and apologized that she had to deal with those clowns. Food and service was good, the staff was on the ball. I am glad we made the trip in. If the race is held again same spot next year, we'll make the trip to Hooters again. read more

This has to be the worst franchise in America. Aside from that, this place is disgusting. Went in to eat and lost my appetite quickly. I realize most restaurant kitchens are gross and you wouldn't want to see in them, but the fact that you can at this place..... makes it much worse. Kitchen staff not wearing masks at all, and no gloves. Touching their phones etc, then right back to handling food. Near closing time, they have a kid hosing the floors while open food and cooking is taking place . Then I thought, I'll just have a beer, the kitchen staff is so loud and screwing around yelling across the place, that it's not even enjoyable. Food: The food is fine at this location and it's pretty typical of any Hooters chain. I've never had a bad experience. I like the traditional wings, hot. Hooters sauce, as far as spiciness goes, is more on the mild side. Waitresses: Mixed emotions here. Most are fairly pretty to look at. Some put out all the stops and sit down with you when you order and talk for a little bit. Others seem despondent. It just depends who you get and who you're with. For example, when a female comes with my group of guys, it seems to change the way the waitress interacts with the group. Service: Regardless of the trivial social interactions with the waitresses, the service is always good here. Never need to worry about a refill or waiting for a forgotten order of ranch. I have come to Hooters my whole life with my dad to get the 911 sauce on naked wings. This was literally the only thing that set Hooters apart from other wing joints. I came last month and enjoyed my favorite wings, decided to buy a years worth of coupons for future visits, only to discover you have removed your best sauce from your menu. I am completely distraught over this, as it was my favorite and an amazing memory I have of my father. I strongly recommend bringing that sauce back to your menu, or I truly feel you will lose a significant amount of business. If you have to reduce sauces, get rid of basic sauces that do not differentiate you from other companies. read more

Ordered them through uber eats. Ordered 4 beef sliders with all the fixings and nachos and queso. Recieved 2 beef sliders and 2 chicken sliders (all plain), along with the nachos and queso. Found pieces of fried chicken breading and beef in the chips. Called up to see what they could do about it and that's when it got worse. On the phone I got told that I was wrong even though I had my receipt in front of me. Poor food, worse customer service. read more

Spent $24 for 10 wings, 4 onions rings, and wrapped cookie. The worst wings in the world. I sat in the parking lot of Frickers and looked over the menu. Then I wanted to try something new and ordered wings from Hooters. I knew they were going bankrupt and now I know why. The wings were the smallest I have ever seen, cost over a $1 per wing. Onion rings were $6 for 4 and the dessert was supposed to be a cake but instead it was a wrapped little Debbie cake. I wish I could post pictures on here. and the best part? The girl that worked the cashier was sitting on the counter with her shoes where my food was. I was shocked more than anything. When I went into the restaurant I noticed it was not very busy for a lunch hour... maybe 5 or 6 tables being served. I ordered some boneless hot wings. It took every bit of 30 minutes before my food arrived. Not a big deal to me but seemed odd for no more people than was in the store. When the food arrived it smelled like rotting meat. I let it sit for a few minutes thinking maybe the waitress had a hygiene issue. The smell really never went away. Thought to myself maybe my sense of smell was just over reacting. Took a small bite & discovered the taste was every bit as bad as the smell. As I was putting my coat on the waitress came over & asked how it was. I said it smells & tastes horrible. I left her a tip as this bad experience had nothing to do with her. HOW COULD YOU SERVE PEOPLE FOOD THAT HAS SAT OUT TOO LONG & WAS ROTTING!?! There is NO way the cook didn't know this was bad meat! This is by far the "worst experience EVER" at Hooters. We went with a group of friends last weekend. My first thought was the place was NOT busy for a Friday (first clue). Our waitress seated us took orders and forgot my water (3 times even with reminders). We all ordered and it took 23 minutes for apps to arrive (did I mention there were plenty of tables "open," yet there were angry looking people standing right inside the door...and the wait staff seemed to not see any of them (second clue). Our food finally arrived 25 minutes after apps. But wait...it came out staggered! My wife and I were the last to get our dinner--and of course everyone was finishing-up at this time. And to make matters worse--our bill was "screwed-up" as well (imagine that?). I'm not sure when Hooters started going down the toilet...but they have officially become a running mate for worst wings; right next to Frickers...overrated. read more

I had a good experience here. I've been patronizing Hooters for a long time and decided to try this location. I sat at the bar on a Sat afternoon. Bartender was very friendly, sweet, and attentive. Never had to ask for a refill, menu, and she repeatedly asked if I needed anything. The restaurant got packed while I was there and the bar service was still outstanding. Ordered boneless wings half hot and half Korean bbq (new sauce offering). I'm convinced they didn't have the Korean bbq and gave me regular bbq instead. I noticed right away but I know better than to send a dish back. Other than that, the overall experience was good. Service was outstanding from the bartenders, beer was cold, wings were tender and up to par minus the sauce switch, otherwise I would give 5 stars. read more

I stopped in tonight to snag a quick bite to eat and a beer. Took 5+ minutes to get served sitting AT THE BAR. Add another 10 min to get a menu. My order arrived pitiful - dry, undersized, and overpriced. The only interaction I had with the bartender (in between her looking up drinks from a book and mixing them with measuring cups) was her asking "how was it?" In which I responded - not great. She said, and I quote "Perhaps you are confusing our stuff with another restaurant...lol." Unbelievable... The place was packed with kids, which somehow is ok with everyone. Let's have half naked women serving alcohol and being paid to flirt with customers while our kids watch...wtf america. Add the creepy manager walking around staring at the girls, and the big cooks sayin "wat's up baby" every time an order was up and it just made me want to get the f outta there. I would have sooner but the bartender was nowhere to be found. Finally she arrived and cashed me out - 20+ dollars for 1 beer and a terrible appetizer. Please - support local business that serve better food, better prices, and locals that are just as cute and will flirt without expecting a tip. Hinders in Tipp City, Company 7 in Englewood, or if you must do a chain try Wings and Rings in Piqua. Anywhere but here. And, if you absolutely need to see big bazongas, there is a row of strip clubs right next door that would be a much better deal. Heck, bring the kids too. read more

Service was ok but quality in food seems to continue to spiral downward. We ate here because the competition wing joint a cross the street was backed. Hooters was maybe 50% full. It definitely had its share of creepy old guys with pale white spot on their left ring finger, flirting with the waitress. It's fun to watch them try to talk to the waitress and there eyes keep drifting down then back up then drift back down. Staff is always fun and professional. We were looking for a place to watch UFC 168 and we tried B-dubs then Frickers but both were too packed. Went to Hooters and they got us a table immediately. Wings were not the best but the service was prompt and friendly. Waitresses looked pretty good for the most part which I would not usually comment on but that is one of the reasons you would go to a place like this. Beer was cold and the atmosphere was pretty comfortable so we were able to kick back and enjoy the fights! If you are a wing lover you will be disappointed but otherwise nice place. read more

The boneless wings are about the size of medium-large marbles and for 39.99 the 50 wings should fit into more than one takeout box. They're comparable to wing chunks at Frickers. When I returned the beer and pointed out the chip they took it to the bar and I watched them from my table, pour the beer from the chipped mug into a different mug.
