I really hate to leave such a bad review for a place that I know just opened up and is trying to make it in the restaurant Business. I can only speak for my takeout order. I did not eat inside and only dealt with the girl behind the cash register and another guy who pretty much took my phone in order and was in charge of me picking up my stuff and giving it to me. Went golfing with my regular Monday group and sitting around the beer and bullshit table afterwards was mentioning chicken wing places we were talking about Roosters Buffalo wild wings, as well as frickers and one of the guys highly recommended this falcon wings and grill place and I knew where it was right off of Alex in 725 so I placed the takeout order for 18 boneless wings because today was their discount day for one dollar each Pick them up not even 20 minutes after ordering and they were ready to go, but I knew as soon as I picked up the package that had them and it only weighed like 9 ounces that there was hardly any chicken wings inside of it If you order the 20 boneless chicken wings from Roosters to go, they serve it and it really large Styrofoam box and it weighs almost 2 pounds Got home a few minutes later opened up everything so my dad and I could have a quick easy dinner threw together a quick salad to go with the chicken wings cause I could tell by looking at them, we were still gonna be hungry after eating all of them They were about the size of a marble the biggest ones were half the size of your thumb more or less one bite They just look like something that was frozen in a bag. They dumped them into the hot oil, cooked them up put them in a box and handed them to me. Now that would be fine if you were dealing with the quality boneless wing product, but these were not it Cost a little over $20 with tip and I felt like they really got over on me because I honestly would not go back if they offered me the same thing for half price Was just not a good eating experience, but the service was OK. They took my order. They got everything promptly made. Had it ready to go and pick up as soon as I got there so I give them credit for that it's just a product itself is overpriced and just simply not very good. They did give me three or four sauces, which was nice to try, which made them a little more palatable but it's boneless chicken wings for goodness sakes. It can't be that tough to purchase a good product especially when you're a chicken wing place. I know what a McDonald's chicken McNugget looks like and a chicken McNugget is twice the size of your boneless wings. Nobody absolutely zero people were in there Monday afternoon at around 4 PM when I picked this order up no one waiting for a takeout order and not one single person sitting down in this business. They were at least 20 completely empty tables. Yes, four in the afternoon it's not the premium time but I just do not see this Business making it if you can't serve OK food to people at a fair price they're just not going to come back just like I'm never coming back Best of luck with your business I hope things work out read more

Good was delicious, had a nice variety of foods. Service was good, not a whole lot of people there because it was late but there was plenty of things to do. Darts, pool table, golden tee golf. Cool vibe, floor and bar looked really neat. If you're looking for a nice place to eat, I would recommend trying this place. read more

I brought my brother here from out of town. The falcon burger and breakfast burger were very tasty and the fries were fresh. Our server DJ was friendly and on it, checking on us frequently. They added pool tables since the last time I was there. read more

Amaretto sour is the best cocktail ! Very delicious! This place is a 10/10 with drinks, food and atmosphere!! Sonya was extremely nice and very attentive! Excellent buffalo chicken wrap. Not your typical tortilla, it's more typical of the bread used fir schwarma and it's a game changer.

The "Falcon Classic Burger" did not have the cheese inside. The "Mac and Cheese Burger" was missing the bacon, had an onion ring and some random sauce on it, and the mac and cheese was definitely from a box (and a cheap one at that). The fries were not the crinkle cut ones shown in the picture. The burger patties, onion ring, and fries all taste like they were from the frozen food section at Walmart. Wings and burgers are great, they have amazing fries. The atmosphere is family friendly. We enjoy playing a game of pool with a cocktail while waiting on our food. Definitely a great place to try out and support. read more

Litterally only one other couple in there little after 3 pm on sunday, wife has been asking to try it, so we did. its a clean neat little bar n grill. unfornuately its a one and done for us. the server new that's fine, but she coulnt quite speak or understand and asked to point as we spoke so get order, ok fine, shouldnt be issue... spent 35-40 minute waiting, only to get half our food. wife's MIA took 3 trips back n forth to get hers again chicken wrap with fries. not ok. i had burger and fries, nothing to wirte home about. we ordered some boneless to try, they came out with my meal. so she least could eat some those. We decided this wasnt a next time kind place for us. Then the bill, charged me $1.00 for sauce ( says included ), she had to check with someone and then was fixed. Then show me total assumed final on a little hand held. Nope! Was shown a new charge on a handheld. (prior to extra charge and tax) Asked for email i said no i like a paper receipt thanks. Got it..... and wait a minute, you charged me for using creit card 3%. didnt tell me, didnt ask me if like pay cash, cause there's a charge, just assumed i wouldn't notice i guess. I said umm you should tell someone theres a charge and offer cash option. Only english i got durig visit was sorry, ( late food) everything good, and im new when questioned charges. She wasn't rude ever, so that was a plus, but buyer beware, ask and pay attention to your bill. Before and after paying it. We had to get a box soon as she started eating anyway, she was done. Finally tried Falcon Wings & Grill and it's easily our new go-to spot! The menu is surprisingly mixed--they have great burgers and even Mediterranean options like Chicken Shawarma and Baklava with pistachio ice cream that was incredible. The staff is super friendly, and the prices are very reasonable for the portion sizes. Definitely a hidden gem in West Carrollton. read more
