Without a doubt the worst hooters I've ever been to and possibly the worst restaurant I've ever been to, the service was terrible!!! the food took over an hour to get and it was wrong when we finally got it, the manager stood around hollering that there was hot food waiting to be delivered but didn't bother to take any of it to the tables. Hooter's in Prattville has been open less than a month and already having problems. We walked in and was told there is a 30 minute wait. The parking lot was not full, clearly the picture shows there is plenty of tables available but there was a lot of people waiting for a table. The girl at the front tells us there weren't enough servers. He asks the manger about the empty tables. The manager says the kitchen is behind and there is a 30 minute wait on the food. When we were leaving the staff was laughing about the situation. My husband walked right back inside and asked for the store managers number. The manager on duty could have sat people at the tables, let them know the kitchen was behind and served drinks. read more

I had a great experience here. It was a little touch and go at first, they were out of a lot of ingredients for drinks, but it was the day after a major holiday, so that's understandable. Other than that, our server Brianna was great, a little nervous( you could tell she was new to serving), but still great. Our food was good, came out fast and was reasonably priced. So. Let's start by saying the service we had was awesome! The wait time was 20 minutes even tho there was plenty of tables available. Ok. No problem. Being on a diet, there wasn't really much to choose from so I went with a grilled chicken salad. Worst salad ever. The spring mix was awful. Had to pick thru it to pick out the bad pieces. Chicken was cold and big chunks instead of strips. The best thing about the salad was the Lime Vingerette, which Chelsea recommended. Needless to say, the salad did not get eaten. They opened at 12pm...arrived at 12:15 and the bathrooms are horrible! Tissue on the floor, garbage cans are full, soap dispensers are empty. The don't deserve that 95 score that is posted. The manager should be ashamed. And they are slow! read more

This is the worst Hooter's I have ever been to. I have tried this place 3 times and all 3 have been bad experiences. When it takes 42 minutes to get your food from the time you order you know there is a problem. Food is coming out not hot, and the order is wrong. People sitting around are complaining also. The home office needs to come in and clean the place up. New management and new wait staff and kitchen team. New location should be run better. read more

We've been here several times, and while yes, the food is far superior than BWW...the kitchen staff and service are absolutely ridiculous. We waited an hour for our food, and when we FINALLY got our meal, it was still incorrect. I know the food wasn't our waitresses fault, but she was more focused on getting our food to us, rather than seeing that we had something to drink while we waited. Never once did she check on us. While, we ended up with a discount on our ticket, we shouldn't have had to pay at all. It's been 2 months, Hooters. Time to get your act together. read more
