We should've known it'd be bad when the sign was over half burned out! There were hardly any customers and plenty of staff and we could see at least 3 cooks. You could tell that all the waitresses were upset with the kitchen as they kept hovering around the window and talking to them and seemed pretty upset. We were told several times that our food was on the way. When it finally arrived the wings were burnt and the fries were cold. We asked to talk to the manager and he said he thought there were new cooks in the kitchen, wouldn't he know? He then asked if we wanted new fries, nothing about the wings. The new fries took forever again! He did give us a small discount and apologized, but we won't be back. Also the restroom was not only disgusting but there was a huge hole in the wall. Totally disliked the menu and the service was pushy.... Unfortunately because other waitresses seemed nice and not annoying.

Zero stars would be better. We ordered online and were given a 20 minute waiting time before pickup. Perfect! Or so we thought... 20 minutes after ordering my husband goes to pick up the 10 wings, burger and what was suppose to be a dinner size cesar salad. He checked in at the bar and they told him there would be a wait.... okay no big deal. TWO HOURS LATER! He finally got our order. When telling the "manager" his concerns and dissatisfaction he was met with a list of excuses about how hard it is to run a kitchen....blah blah blah. We don't need your work drama lady. A two hour wait for a to go order is unexceptional. After getting home ( we live less than 5 min away from this establishment or lack there of) our food was ice cold except the salad was nice and warm . The dinner salad I ordered for $8 was the same size as the side salad for $4. It was soggy and no longer good. We are disappointed and disgusted. We won't be back. When bartenders (Nicola) are mentally checked out before having two days off, the last customers basically have to be proactive in ordering. She looks like the best thing they have at this location.. I had to wait for food without a beer. Which is not my idea of a good time. I think if you advertise you are open until 11, you should try to be open until 11. Not good experience. Ordered naked wings, wing size was micro, tiny with very little meat on them. Ordered sauce on side & sauce was semi-solid & not good. Girls were friendly, but spent all their time typing stuff into POS system computer and chatting each other up, didn't spend any time interacting with really anyone other than themselves. Unfortunately, if there were an option for zero stars, I would have chose it. We pull in to see maybe 11 cars in the parking lot , walking in we see that half of the restaurant is dark and empty. The young lady informs us that there is a wait time of one hour Most patrons were hanging amongst the bar and obviously were not concerned with a meal. However, family of four, traveling for days.. Passing through Savannah, I stopped at Hooters to have some wings. I answered Hooters around 6:20 PM I just left at 6:55 PM. Never had a waitress asked if they could take my order. The place was less than half full. I am now over at Applebee's having my dinner. read more

I am a fan and go there regularly. The atmosphere is great, the service fantastic, the food is great and not much more can be said about the girls - they are great, courteous, and attentive to the customers. I do have one problem when I go there. I will have a short tap beer (usually Yuengling). The problem is with the price: one day it is $4.50, then $3.50, yesterday $4.25??? The price fluctuates just about every time I go there. I feel uncomfortable challenging the price so I let it slide. However, this is getting old. I frequent Hooters on occasion. I like this one because McKenzie is working the bar. She has good service skills and has time to chat with patrons. I also noticed that this store has good teamwork. If I could put zero stars I would. We ordered our food to go due to Covid-19 right now. Spent around $90 for my family to eat. Got home noticed all the food wasn't here that I ordered. Called to let them know, a lady lied and said she personally packed our food and it was just a BURGER. We didn't even order a burger we ordered wings ONLY and a burger wasn't ever in the bag. So they find our order and says we can come pick up the remaining food that was left out. Okay cool. Went back waited another hour for the food they already forget to put in our bag. At that point, we ordered at 7pm now it's going on 9:30 and still waiting on our food. So of course we start getting a little upset bc we haven't ate , had to come back for the rest of our food that took a hour to received. So at this point we ask for our money back and we get ignored and eyes are being rolled bc of it. Food still came out cold after a hour and the wrong flavored wings. At that point we were just done with the situation and left. Hooters is definitely about all looks and not food. My husband and I drove an hour out of our way to go to Hooters restaurant and unfortunately we had a horrible experience here. Our server was amazing. She served us attentively but the food was some of the worst I've had. We ordered four different types of wings and they were all terrible. The ones I was most disappointed in were the breaded, mild traditional wings. I've never had a bad experience at a Hooters restaurant until now. My server, Courtney, was absolutely great and very beautiful on top of being a great waitress. She really knew the new menu & everything was delivered very quickly. Worst experience at a restaurant I've ever had! I'm working out of town alone so I sat at the bar...... If you go by yourself to sit at the bar, avoid The girl named Chesney! Worst bartender/waitress ever- I got a beer thankfully by grabbing her attention and told her I wanted to order food as well... her uncaring and irate face/attitude made it hard to speak to her as I felt anxiety every time I asked her for something. My anxiety and anger/pressure built up over the 25 min wait for her to take my order as I watched her take other orders and wash dishes and leave the bar several times! Once I made the move to get her attention due to her seemingly blatant disregard of my existence I ordered a salad and wings, once my salad and wings came out(at the same time) she brought out the wrong dressing so I ate my salad dry because I felt it a major task/and more anxiety to ask her to change it.(also she didn't grab my second beer I asked for until she walked up and noticed after refilling the guy next to me who she asked after me) I actually left a note on the merchant receipt saying that I will never return due to the rude and inattentive bartender! If she is having a bad day, I'm sorry but you still have to treat people/especially customers with some decency. Worst Hooters I've ever been to. First experience coming to this location, we had just received our food, not even after eating one wing, we were asked if we need a to go box. Like beer still full, 18 wings out of 20 still on the plate. RUDE. Terrible customer service. So we decided again tonight we wanted Hooters, biggest mistake EVER. First, we waited 10 minutes just to be seated. It wasn't even busy! It was 10 at night. Just a few regular customers it seemed like. One of the ladies in training had such a great personality though. She was why I would even consider giving a star at all, even though you have to put 1 Star. Then we waited another 20 minutes just to order a pitcher of beer, while our waitress was flirting at the counter with one of the cooks! So we place our order, the order came out in a timely manner which was great! So not even finished with one wing AGAIN we were brought a to go box. Wow geese thanks. Thanks for running customers out of your restaurant that so dearly needs attention! You need money to fix your restaurant, teach your ladies REAL waitressing. So we finished that wing, put the rest of them in the box, then we were brought the bill.....the wrong bill....so the waitress goes back to flirting AGAIN! So we sit for another 30 minutes waiting for her to come back so we can pay and get the eff out. Not to mention, our wings were fried twice. As if they were left out too long, and fried again to be kept warm. Also there was no sauce I had to ask for extra sauce.This, this I know for a fact! I've worked around chicken wings for 5 years and managed a fast food chain that PROUDLY serves HUGE, delicious, affordable, hot wings. Pizza Hut wings are wayyyyyyyy better than this. Working in Savannah for a few weeks and was looking for a place showing the Mayweather/Cotto fight. Went to Hooters and it was massively packed. I managed to find a spot at the bar and enjoyed some good food and beautiful staff. The fight was awesome and the atmosphere was great. Visited this location and Hooters itself for the first time on October 4th late afternoon/evening. My bf and I were on our way back to Ohio from Miami. Our waitress was awesome although initially she forgot our sodas. Otherwise, service was great and the food was delicious. What really topped off the experience was the waitress in the next section, I believe she was of mixed race with a beautiful body, her bottom was the highlight of my experience.
