The staff is super friendly and they seem very passionate about what they do. I love that everything is natural, they make their soap daily and in house. We do not have sensitivity to anything but we wanted to be more conscious of what we put in and on our bodies and we feel good about using any of their product. We purchase their clothing detergent a lot, and it's one of my families favorites. My hubby loves their body butter.

I just don't have confidence in the retail part of this Walgreens. The pharmacy has always been so…read morewonderful and my family will continue using them. Unfortunately though, their cashiers give out false information regarding the use of masks in their store. I called earlier this week when I arrived and I saw a sign about masks outside. I ended up just not having mine for that day, so I wanted to call ahead to see if we were allowed to come inside without one. I would only be inside for probably five minutes or less but want to just call ahead of time to double check. Upon calling I spoke to a woman who stated And confirmed tons of different information. She originally told me that yes they require all customers to have a mask. Then she retracted that statement and said well we don't require everybody to wear them but we highly highly suggest that they do for safety. So now I'm confused more than ever, I also don't feel confident going into this location seen as she would've been the cashier to check me out as well too. I still don't know if Walgreens requires them or not given the information that their employee relayed to me. I ended up just heading down to target to grab all of my items real quick.

Went there for a pain prescription for my dog fighting a losing battle with cancer . This Walgreens not only turned me down on Tuesday night even though I was there 45 min before closing . Instead they sent me to another closed pharmacy . In the morning I went back to have the prescription filled immediately. I got there right as they opened. They took 20 minutes just to boot their system up for me to drop off the script! I waited an additional hour in a half for it to be filled . So now a night and 2 hours I've waited . Now not only does the pharmacist have trouble finding my script telling me it must be somewhere else . Finally when they find it they give me the wrong dosage . 300 mg instead of 100 mg of a pain med with morphine in it ! . Needless to say it almost killed my dog . And when we're dealing with enough it put him in a worse state ! . And we were left with a decision to monitor him longer or put him to rest ! . What if this was an elderly person or a child ! . Come On WALGREENS we have to do better ! . We are a tight community here in Cape Coral and we will be warning everyone about the type of business and service being ran here !!! If you want to not wait hours and maybe days for a prescription that may kill you or your family member then Do Not Come To This Pharmacy !

I spent most of my day trying to get my son's prescriptions fixed after they had put in the wrong birthdate and told me he had no medicine there! I had to call their corporate office to get it fixed then when I called back again on hold for 45 minutes, I was on hold most of the day with Walgreens. I had to call the manager of the store who had to walk back to the pharmacy to get someone to answer the phone! The last of the day trying to get to talk to a pharmacist, I could not the pharmacy tech who answered the phone would not let me talk to the pharmacist and was acting like I was talking rude to her, which I was not. I did not call her names. I did not swear at her. I was truly frustrated, but she did not care. This has got to be the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with in my 64 years of living I intend to report them again to corporate and to get in touch with their Vice president, Rick Gates, maybe he can give them a call. I bet maybe he could actually get through! They do not understand that they have peoples lives in their hands. This is not a joking situation when a person who really needs their medicine cannot even get in touch with the pharmacy when a pharmacy enters information in their system that is not accurate. They should at least apologize for the inconvenience instead of putting the blame on you. If this situation was not so serious, it would be laughable! Worst pharmacy ever don't go there any other Walgreens way better than this one! I hope this is one of the stores that gets closed down!
