Cape Coral , Florida 05 December 2020…read more Well Boyz & Girls , yesterday I went for my first ever official Pedicure Now I've been around the block and I've had foot treatment before with nail cutting and such and such. But yesterday it was "official". My buddy's wife made the appointment for me with Diane. The minute I walked in the place every woman's head swiveled in my direction with that Egad , it's a MAN entering a Woman's world look on their face. Suddenly I realized that I WAS the only man in the joint. Suddenly , everyone is giggling and speaking in Chinese. Hmmm talking about me maybe ‍. So , Diane motions me over to her chair and told me to sit down. I do as I'm told. Placing my bare feet into a caldron of HOT water. Silly me , I expected WARM water, not HOT. Too late. Diane seized control of my feet which now are in her hands. Next thing I know the chair I'm sitting in starts punching me in my back. What ?! Oh ! It's called a massage. A massage while having my feet attended to , how nice. Well I must say , Diane did a very thorough job and left my pampered feet cleaned and refreshed with nails trimmed and filed down. She included an Olive Oil treatment of my lower legs and removed calloused skin from the bottom of my feet. Diane did a tremendous job treating my feet and as I left I felt as if I was walking on a cloud. Why , I was so pampered I almost felt like a girl . Diane ordered me back in 6 weeks to maintain a health care regimen of my feet. So , I guess that means ... I'll be back. Oh yeah , and free parking in a private lot. Always a plus in my book.

Next appointment I'm getting glow in the dark polish! The salon is very clean and there are TV's to entertain you. They do not double book or overbook- if you have to wait for your appointment it either means the person before you was either late or asked for something extra ( like an extra detailed design). Also, and most important is I do not have acrylic nails and I only go every 4 weeks!! Talk about a money saver.

It is unacceptable that I had to cut and file my own toenails after they pushed me off to an inexperienced tech after I made an appointment with a specific person to both my hands and toes. I have been to this salon multiple times without issue, but during my most recent visit I was treated unfairly due to a miscommunication between members of their own staff. Rather than acknowledging the mistake and working toward a solution, the owner and front desk employee were dismissive, argumentative, and appeared visibly annoyed that I raised a concern. Instead of providing good customer service, they chose to make me feel like I was the problem. The interaction left me feeling disrespected and singled out. Based on the dismissive attitude and microaggressions I experienced, I was left with the impression that I was not treated with the same level of respect and consideration I would expect as a Black customer. While I cannot speak to their intentions, I can speak to how I was made to feel. It's also worth noting that, despite visiting this salon several times, I have never seen another Black patron there. After this experience, I can understand why someone might choose not to return. I genuinely appreciate Ten's work, but customer service starts at the top. Because of how I was treated, I cannot recommend this salon and will be taking my business elsewhere.

The pedicure was comfortable - he got the ingrown our efficiently while also throwing in massages throughout the procedure. The manicure was a great experience - it did not feel rushed and I could see her efficiency caring for the nail bed and skin surrounding it. I had a great time at this salon - lovely nail colors but even lovelier techs. They're also very responsive to their Facebook page! The only improvement I would say is to make sure the pedicure nail polish is completely covering the nail. Some for the toe edges didn't have nail polish or there were some see through spots on the larger nails (not enough polish when coating) - I know most people don't see the imperfections but ‍.

I've been getting builder gel on my natural nails for a long time, and my nails normally last me up to 4 weeks. I've spent the past year growing my natural nails, so having one completely break was extremely upsetting. I went in person to the salon and spoke to kelly who did my nails to have the completely broken nail fixed, and I was told I would have to pay $8 because it had been more than 3 days. I understand having policies, but I don't feel this situation was fair. I paid $75 for my nails, and they didn't even last two weeks. I asked if they could at least fix ONE nail without charging me, but they still refused. This was my first time coming here, and unfortunately, it will be my last. I'm extremely disappointed with the quality and with how the situation was handled. I would not recommend this salon, especially for builder gel on natural nails. If i can give 0 stars i would.
