A bouncy house with all soft stuff.
    Rochelle M.

TL;DR: Clean, very safe, LOTS of bounce houses and cushy, soft places to crawl around and play in. Well ventilated, great comfortable temperature, cheaper than other local indoor playgrounds that pale in comparison! After Jolly Roger Land in Union City turned my child away bawling after they double-booked spots and didn't let us know until we arrived (after paying and signing the waiver for our reservation previously) then laughing as my son wept, I took him here and not only was it cheaper to play per hour by a few dollars, but way newer and cleaner with so much more to do! It was a dream come true to an awful night for us. The girl at the front desk walks around making sure everything is clean and everyone looks happy, and she was very friendly. Parents can let their kids play safely here, there really isn't anything to get hurt on at all and I'm a more worried mom than other sometimes so that's refreshing. No owwies here, we always leave Rockin' Jump hurting physically though the kids like it there too. They play Kids-Bop type music that's appropriate for children but not total suffering for parents at a safe but fun volume--enough to cover most of the sounds from the ventilation and stuff but not enough to give you a headache or stress you out even if it's music you don't like. New favorite place! We will definitely be back and I urge y'all to check it out.

The bouncy house is not safe. It is too close to the wall and not properly inflated.

The bouncy house is not safe. It is too close to the wall and not properly inflated. My son hurt himself on his arm on the wall while he was bouncing inside the playhouse. The owner was not nice either. His attitude was terrible. He asked us to wait outside (not anywhere in the indoor playground or near) after my son got injured .

The kid's play area was nice and clean with padded floors and very safe for the tiny people. All the kid loved it and had a great time. I met the owner DJ, who actually has 4 of his own which are the stickers on the wall. He was very kind to us while we were tidying up our belongings (he had another party booked shortly after). Highly recommend for toddler parties!

I've been following Teeny Town on Instagram for a while, but we just had an opportunity to visit on a random Thursday morning. Teeny Town's online reservation and waiver signing process is straightforward and you get an instant email confirmation. It was $12 for 2-hours of weekday play which is an absolute steal. I found there to be ample free parking at Teeny Town. Checking in was a breeze and when I noted that it was our first time, the person at the front desk gave us a brief rundown and, in a first when it comes to indoor play centers, I was told that if my daughter put something in her mouth, to just make sure to deposit it. As a mom, I appreciate that they maintain that standard of cleanliness. I like the configuration of the space with a wide, flat open area with a faux road running through the middle. My little one had a ball taking various cars and other ride-on toys town the runway and also running around freely. There are also portions of the space where kids can climb and also enjoy using their imagination - a restaurant, grocery, medical clinic, two houses (one with construction themed toys and one with laundry themed toys), a barber chair and nook with books. Another highlight was a slide and ball pit that my daughter absolutely loved. There are spaces for parents to sit and watch their kids both at the front entrance area and toward the ball pit. I like that you could probably sit in either place and get a good enough view of the entire space and where your child is. Overall, we were really happy with our visit and I wish this business lot of ongoing success and possibly even an expansion.

Please don't come for my Millennial self ) The building is tucked behind the entrance of Hong Kong BBQ on Redwood Road, near where Southern Comfort is on Castro Valley Blvd. From the outside, it looks pretty run-down and sketchy. There's also no elevator, so you'll need to carry your little one up a flight of stairs. Keep this in mind if you're planning a party, especially if anyone in your group has ADA concerns. Entrance is $16 per child for a maximum of 2 hours, and honestly, two hours is more than enough. The space itself is small but perfect for little kids. It feels like they're exploring their own tiny town with all the pretend-play stations: an ice cream truck, spaceship, chef's kitchen, grocery store, laundromat, pet store/groomer, and pizza parlor. They do have a small reading area, but there are little to no books. The play area is padded, which is great for crawling children. I wasn't totally sure how often things are sanitized. There's a basket for toys that need extra cleaning, which made me wonder how frequently everything is actually wiped down if we're asked to set items aside ourselves. Party space is limited to the entrance/hardwood area. I was told the max is 20 adults and about 15 children, but I honestly can't imagine everyone fitting comfortably in that small space. Overall, it's a great spot for my kid to run around and get her wiggles out. She really enjoyed it and that's what matters most.

Sophie, our party attendant, was super helpful and made sure we stayed within our timeline. Daniela was also very responsive and answer any questions I had. Unfortunately, the party planning and overall management left a lot to be desired. Before the party, I received an email saying that a coordinator would contact me to finalize the food order, but I never heard from anyone until 2 days of the party even though I sent a follow-up email which I didn't receive a response, which made planning stressful. At the end of the party, fewer children attended than we had originally expected, and our total guest count was still within the overall party limit. Despite that, we were charged extra for additional adults, which was disappointing and didn't feel very customer-friendly. We were also told we had 15 minutes to vacate the play area. While the venue itself is great for open play, I wouldn't recommend it as a birthday party venue based on my experience. The focus seemed to be more on additional charges than on providing a smooth, enjoyable experience for families. I would happily bring my son back to play, but I would choose a different location for future birthday celebrations.

All the guest had a great time. Fun spot. The only complaint is the heat. It gets really warm. I saw a few fan in the ceiling but that's about it. The kids were running around having fun but with the poor air circulation, they were overheating. Most of them were sweating with super red cheeks. Hoping the owner will fix the air/ or increase AC. My family and I were invited to Hooray Kids Indoor Play Center to celebrate a 3-Rex fun-filled birthday. Located on the upper level of Newpark Mall, the establishment brings a little bit of promise to the dying aura/vibes of the mall. Check in was easy but the 2 Asian females handling registers and check in process could be a lot more friendly, given the fact that their job descriptions deal with families and children. The party room was spacious and some foods/items were already set up. Juice pouches, waters, pizza, pasta, and wings were accounted for except for the fried rice & chicken nuggets. There was a lot of going back and forth regarding what was ordered and what actually arrived. The error ended up being on the businesses part and they offered to get the food within a certain timeframe or allowed for the hosts to cancel. Being that the timeline provided wasn't too bad, they proceeded with the initial food order. The rice and nuggets [which ended up being chicken strips as opposed to actual nuggets] came but a lot later than the estimated time. The party was blocked off from 1pm-3pm and with the delay in food items, eating was pushed out while everyone awaited delivery. The entire food situation was not organized well and the staff had no sense of urgency. The play area is clean but a lot smaller than I expected. The ninja warrior course was great for the older kids and the designated area across the way was great for the younger visitors- offering a small ball pit, floor piano mat, soft play area. The trampoline prohibits adult use and the usage has a max capacity of 4 kids. Nobody followed the rules and the staff didn't bother making rounds to ensure safeties. I do appreciate there being one staff member stationed at the front to allow patrons in and out. That is an extra set of eyes to prevent little ones from escaping undetected. I wouldn't come here out of free will but I'd partake should there be another party invite. My advice is keeping an eye on your kids and bring some hand sanitizer because the kiddos visiting here come equipped with runny noses and congested coughs.
