We celebrated our niece's 4th birthday at Jumpity Bumpity, and everyone had a wonderful time! The reserved here for 2 hours for playtime and a private party room for an hr. The kids had so much fun playing on all the jungle playground, open slides, ball pits, trampolines, and arcade machines. The facility was clean, spacious, and well-organized, making it a great place for a birthday celebration. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they made sure everything ran smoothly. It was a fun and stress-free experience for our family, and we would definitely consider celebrating another birthday here in the future. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great place to host a kids' party!

We had a good weekday experience. We drove here from a near by city and think it was worth the drive. My 3 year old was excited when he saw this place its very big and colorful. We liked all the different play areas and felt clean and safe. The staff was nice and helpful as we explained it was our 1st time. There is also tokens to play some games, which is cute but 1 token = $1 so that money can burn fast. There is no food allowed in the play area but you can leave it in the stroller parking area up front. Also you take your shoes off up front before entering the gate. Kids must have the play socks.

Came by with my beautiful family on 2/28/26, Jumpity Bumpity is located inside Stoneridge Mall in Pleasanton, CA. This indoor playground has a small trampoline, an obstacle course, and a play structure with multiple slides. Around the play structure, there are many token based games and rides for children. Even a small ball pit for toddlers. My kids loved it today. Definitely tired them out.

Parents, if you're looking for an incredibly fun place for your littles during the summer, or anytime really, check this place out!! Bonus - it's in the Stoneridge Mall!! I came here on a Saturday morning with my sister and two nieces. We came right when it opened (10am), because we weren't sure if it would be packed. It was the perfect time!! We got in early when there was still a small amount of folks there. My nieces are 7 and 3, and they had so many options for play!! I will say that this place is geared towards 10 years old and younger. The favorites of the day were the slides, ball pit and car racing. When we got there we signed the waivers, paid for a day pass and bought socks. I can't remember if you have to buy their socks, I believe you do. It was super clean, and I even noticed employees disinfecting things while we were there. The employees overall were kind, helpful and patient, There are also lots of places for parents to sit while the kids play, and the kids were never too far away - since everything is enclosed. There is no food there - they do have snacks and drinks in vending machines, but no real food. We left to grab lunch and were able to come back since we had the day pass. When we came back at around 130pm, it was considerably more busy - but still enjoyable! Overall, highly recommend for families!!

DO NOT GO HERE. This place is rude, unprofessional, and extremely disappointing. Since the day they opened, there have been constant issues. The only reason I kept coming back was because my 3-year-old daughter genuinely loved it -- but I've finally reached my limit. They completely ruined my daughter's birthday party. Everything was disorganized from start to finish. The party room wasn't even properly set up and looked messy and neglected. The staff seemed untrained -- mostly young employees who didn't know what they were doing. Despite that experience, we still returned a few times just so my daughter could enjoy herself. But after multiple visits, it started to feel like we were being unfairly targeted. At one point, I was told my 3-year-old daughter was "bullying" other kids. That alone was shocking. I'm always watching my children closely, and not once has any parent approached me with a concern. When I asked for clarification, the situation escalated instead of being handled professionally. I was even told they might cancel my membership over this. When I asked to see video footage of the incident, I was told I needed a police report -- which made absolutely no sense. Overall, this place is overly strict and unreasonably picky for an indoor playground. The space is also tight and cluttered, which makes it even less enjoyable. I've been to many other indoor playgrounds and have never had a single complaint about my children. I'm just very upset that they kept targeting my baby girl, no one has the right to ever do that! If something's wrong why didn't anyone of the employees every come up and talk to me about what my kid did but "wrote it in their notes" idc about your notes be straight up and say something when the incident did happen n I could talk to my kid. Lies on top of lies. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place.

The staff at this store discriminate against Chinese people. We came here and wear our own socks. They forced us to purchase socks that didn't fit properly. Their socks come in only two sizes--small and large--with no intermediate sizes available. Consequently, my child was compelled to wear socks that were far too small, which restricted blood circulation in their feet and felt uncomfortably tight. We were also prohibited from bringing in beverages and were instructed to leave them on a table near the entrance; the end result was that all the drinks we had just purchased were thrown away. We felt treated with a profound lack of respect.

They put up the banners and did the tablecloths, which I was not expecting but very impressed. All our guests loved the place and had an amazing time. We had some slightly older siblings that also seemed to be enjoying everything also. We did the 2 hour party but I wish we did the private party for longer. There was a random kid that wandered into the party area and also an elderly woman and a baby that was not part of our party. They have a cart for the presents, but I would suggest offering a cart to bring in the decor & cake as we had to make a few trips. We had such a great time at the venue, perhaps we can repeat for next year!

Other reviews are spot on, though. The lines can get long, it feels overcrowded pretty quickly, and the staff doesn't seem particularly engaged (at all). None of that is ideal, but honestly, I can look past those things. My biggest concern is the age range. During our visit this morning, there were several older kids (around 10-12 years old) tearing through the play areas, running up slides clearly marked not to do so, and pushing past both adults and younger children. I watched two babies get knocked over, tears and all. While I believe parents should absolutely manage their kids' behavior, the age gap itself feels like the core issue. Having toddlers and babies in the same play area doesn't feel safe. I understand the challenge: families with younger kids and older siblings want a place everyone can enjoy, and birthday parties often include mixed ages. But the reality is that older kids are naturally more rambunctious, and there's nothing wrong with that. This space just isn't designed for them. Ultimately, it feels like an accident waiting to happen. Great concept and a hit with younger kids, but the lack of age separation makes it hard to feel fully comfortable from a safety standpoint.

I was nervous about bigger kids accidentally pushing my baby while running around, but it felt comfortable and manageable the whole time. I especially appreciated that they have a separate toddler/younger kids area which made it feel safer and less overwhelming. There were also plenty of places for parents to sit while still being able to watch their kids play, which I appreciated. But it's either my hubby, I, or the both of us with my baby the whole time. Parking was easy too and check-in was pretty smooth. I do wish the place was a little bigger, but I also understand indoor playgrounds are probably expensive to maintain and operate these days. There's also no elevator, so you'll need to carry your little one up a flight of stairs. Keep this in mind if you're planning a party, especially if anyone in your group has ADA concerns. Entrance is $16 per child for a maximum of 2 hours, and honestly, two hours is more than enough. The space itself is small but perfect for little kids. It feels like they're exploring their own tiny town with all the pretend-play stations: an ice cream truck, spaceship, chef's kitchen, grocery store, laundromat, pet store/groomer, and pizza parlor. They do have a small reading area, but there are little to no books. The play area is padded, which is great for crawling children. I wasn't totally sure how often things are sanitized. There's a basket for toys that need extra cleaning, which made me wonder how frequently everything is actually wiped down if we're asked to set items aside ourselves. Party space is limited to the entrance/hardwood area. I was told the max is 20 adults and about 15 children, but I honestly can't imagine everyone fitting comfortably in that small space. Overall, it's a great spot for my kid to run around and get her wiggles out. She really enjoyed it and that's what matters most.

Amazingly, Great America is closed on Saturdays, and it was way too hot to be outside. This spot was perfectly air-conditioned and just what we needed. I don't know if I got lucky with the crew on shift, but the staff were on top of it and made our experience awesome. We got to try everything with our tickets, and even I was able to crawl and run through all the attractions. (I'm a petite adult who works out, if you're larger or have bad knees, you might get stuck.) I paid $38 for me and my niece to play together until more kids showed up. There's also a membership for $25/month (one adult + one child), but you have to commit to at least 3 months. This place was worth every penny. My niece made friends right away and ran around playing until closing at 8 PM. That said, there are a few areas where I think the experience could be even more fun: **1. Bathrooms:** They were a bit of a mess--typical kid chaos, like toilet paper everywhere. Totally expected, but a little more frequent cleaning during peak hours would go a long way. **2. Bazooka Ball:** It took *way* too long to get a game started. Some kids had to leave before it even began, and kids kept asking me, "Is it going to start?" When it finally did, playtime was only 3-5 minutes. That felt rushed, especially after waiting so long. I think it would help to have a set schedule for these games to be posted and spread out throughout the day. It could even be a fun "grand finale" before closing. I get that it takes safety training to run the game, but giving families a clear time to plan around would make a big difference. I can see parents saying after bazooka ball we're going home. Also, I got to play 2times, the guns worked fine the first round--but the second time, mine and my niece's guns were broken. With such a short play window, fiddling with gear that doesn't work really sucked. Before starting a game, someone should test each gun and label the ones that are out of air. That way, every kid gets a fair shot. I'm glad our first round was solid, but I could see a kid being really disappointed if they waited forever, got a broken gun, and then lost. **3. The Tire Slide:** There's a slide in other reviews where kids sit on a tire and roll down a long, fast track. We were so excited to try it--my niece hauled that heavy tire up the stairs, ready to fly--but when she sat on it, nothing happened. It just... stopped. No roll at all. I don't know if they changed the flooring, but it's a huge letdown. That slide was a major selling point for us, and it didn't deliver. I get that speed could be a liability, but even a slight roll would make the climb feel worth it. We all sign the waiver--some fun and freedom here would go a long way. **4. The Ball Pit:** My niece tried to cannonball in--only to find out it's not even full. Just a floor with maybe half an inch of balls, giving the illusion it's deep. She didn't get seriously hurt, but she did hurt her leg jumping in. We sat and watched other kids do the same thing--one after another--slowly realizing the pit wasn't safe for jumping. At trampoline parks, they mix foam blocks in with the balls so kids can jump and swim around safely while staying on top. It also helps staff see everyone and prevents accidents. I think adding something like that would make the ball pit way more fun and way less risky. --- **Things included with your ticket:** - Maze - Trampoline - Jumpy House - Bazooka Ball - Mini Golf - Rock Climbing - All slides **Extras (cost extra):** - Food & water - Arcade games - Claw & candy games They even have a toddler area--secluded and locked off from the bigger kids. Perfect for little ones to roam freely and have a blast. **Suggestions for an even cooler experience:** A game card--like at Chuck E. Cheese--where you can play arcade games unlimited for a set time (starting when you swipe) would be a game-changer. It would keep the energy going and give families more value. Even without the changes I highly recommend this indoor park. I can see this playground getting old after a few times but for my first time here this place was lit and there was a birthday party going on so there was more kids playing hide and seek and tag it was a good time.

Because of the repeated complaints, I even started visiting only near closing time to avoid causing any inconvenience. However, my son also struggles with transitions and needs a goodbye song before leaving, which made every visit even more stressful. Families with autistic children already face many challenges. A little kindness, patience, and understanding can make a huge difference. I sincerely hope the staff receive more training on how to support and welcome children with special needs so that other families do not leave feeling the way we did.
