We stayed overnight and called TW's first thing in the morning after being told by two other shops they were booked a week out. They were eager to help and understood our dilemma being stranded in town until repairs could be made. After diagnostic it was determined that we lost two fuel injectors. A fair estimate was given and parts picked up quickly. After pulling the valve covers they discovered that two rods were bent and rocker arm busted. We were loaned one of their own trucks so we could get breakfast while we waited. I highly recommend TW's. Their friendly eager to help attitude is greatly appreciated.

Called to make appt to let them inspect their work. They wanted $180 for the diagnostic." I said, 'it's a sunroof, car don't need to be plugged in'. Apparently, thts what they call...just to LOOK at it. "Free service IF same issue, otherwise be more". At that point I took it to place in town. THEY checked the sunroof and found the DRAIN was blocked. Took an airhose, blew air in drain... FIXED. My opinion? Maybe look at the problem instead of taking the word of someone who doesn't know about cars?? And charging a massive amount of money to fix a problem that wasn't necessary. I won't be back.

What I thought would be a straightforward fix turned into something way more complicated once I got into it. There was a lot more going on under the hood than I expected, and I was honestly bracing myself for a huge bill. That's where this shop really impressed me. They took the time to figure everything out, explained what was actually going on, and got it fixed the right way. On top of that, the price was very fair--especially considering how involved the repair turned out to be. No surprises, no runaround. The biggest thing though? When I got my car back, it didn't just fix the problem--it actually runs better than it did before any of this even started. That tells me they didn't just patch it up, they did it right. I'll be honest, I'm always a little nervous dealing with mechanics. It's kind of like going to a doctor--you know there are good ones and bad ones, but you don't really know which you've got until it's all said and done. This was one of the good ones. We explained our situation and he said come on in and by the time we got there, it was past closing time and they were all there waiting for us. They got us in, made the repairs and didn't even charge us. These are wonderful guys and I just wish they were located down here in Houston so I could use them for all my mechanical needs. Charles Walker (service manager) answered the call and immediately gave me hope that they could help. I arrived and Charles personally handled my rig over the course of four hours (they were busy). Knowing that their RV hourly rate is impressive but competitive, he kept checking in with me to explain what they were investigating. We finally had an "ah ha" moment and he wrapped up the repair.
