My wife tried calling Tim numerous times about the Warranty. She was told Tim would return her call. She still has not heard any thing from Tim and it has been a year! I was lied to multiple times before and after the sale. I have been given the runaround ever since the purchase. The truck didn't even have enough diesel to get home which was only 70 miles. Immediately after getting home the hydraulic system wouldn't work. He would not allow me to try out the hydraulic system fully before purchase. But at least he had a nice 110 degree office to fill out all the paperwork in. He was rude and short with me during the purchase. Acted like I was keeping him from something. I called immediately the next morning and was told to call back that his mechanic would be back after lunch. After multiple calls running in to the next day I was told to call back the next day. So I did. Then was told to call back the following week. When I was interested in the truck he answered the phone immediately. After the sale it would take multiple calls to get an answer. So I guess I'm stuck with a $33,000 truck that is completely worthless and when I asked if his mechanic could look at it I was told several times not to bring it back and not to "give him any of that crap about a warranty". I was told up front that there was no warranty. I signed a paper acknowledging that. I didn't expect a lifetime warranty on a used truck. It would be nice if it had made the hour trip home though. I was wanting someone there to talk me through some troubleshooting or possibly look at it to see if we could get the problem figured out. I wasn't wanting free labor or free parts. I understand that I'm stuck paying for repairs. Him not letting me run the hydraulics before the purchase should have told me to run away. Them telling me how honest they were as soon as I pulled up should have been a red flag. But I was brought up to believe that people are generally good. Not crooked, disreputable people with absolutely no integrity who are only out to scam hard working people. So if you or anyone you know are considering M and W motors in Hope Arkansas for your next purchase, please take your business elsewhere. Since my having been taken by this man I have talked to two others who have had a similar experience with him. We are in the process of getting the facts out and how he runs his business as soon and as far and wide as possible in hopes that it can help the next honest, hardworking man from having to go through what we have.
