The after taste of the ISO drink was a medicine type taste with cherry flavor. This ISO drink also has no sugar so it's a win win. My husband used to drink Muscle Milk so a couple times a week I will use it as a meal replacement. They had Muscle Milk in Strawberry and this is news to me, until now. The cashier informed me that it is a newer flavor but not found all over. It was great too! A wonderful pick me up. I had to buy three just so the twins would give me some.
