Not only once but 3 different times this dispensary has delivered me items other than what I ordered. Management comes up with whatever excuse they can think of instead of addressing the situation, making it right, or fixing the problem. The delivery driver smells like alcohol and after reporting this they still have him out making deliveries and do not know if he is driving a personal vehicle or company vehicle. Hopefully he does not kill anybody. Do not trust their website, their employees, or what they gave you. My go-to neighborhood dispensary. Knowledgeable staff, easy to use drive through and a great shop to share when we have guests in town. I've never had a bad experience here and it saves me visiting or crossing the strip as a local. Added for more context of me and my experiences: I have to add how strange some of these reviews are - looking for deals and local specials. They have had a deal EVERY time I've visited (in fact, multiple; DI location) and always make sure to add our purchases on our account for rewards. I smell crazy people all over those reviews... personal insults, lies and wild expectations seem very suspect when I read these types of reviews for any service-related space. I've been in Customer Service for 20 years and know just how many times generally miserable people think it's everyone and everything else's fault they are miserable. Additionally, PLEASE be kind to folks when you are at their place of work. It's a lot of EFFORT to keep a good attitude when you've got an asshole in your face complaining, demanding, throwing an adult sized tantrum for their special treatment. You don't know how their day has gone nor they know yours. Take a breath, order your medicine, be a kind human for the 10-30min exchange and then move on with your day. And YES, that is my same advise even if the employee happens to be rude. Maybe ask them how their day is going and if it was bad, wish them a better day. This was such a cool place! They were INCREDIBLY knowledgeable about the products and recommending things based on your wants/needs. It was really enlightening to learn how different types of cannabis can help alleviate anxiety, digestion issues, etc. Also learning how different strains give different highs. The people who work here are slobs. They have no idea how to treat customers. The older guy with a beard who works the drive through at night is the biggest layman I've come across in a while. I've been a customer for a hot lil' minute now, I felt like I was burned by them before (an agree to disagree situation). I post about it, but I was hella in my feelings about it, so I took a sabbatical from Blum for about 7/8 months and then the rona hit. Actually, nah I went back before the rona, they have really really good prices and their deals they can't beat. I know right, with that last sentence, the rating should be a 4 or 5 right? So let's get on my experience from this evening. See, this is what I get though...I told myself I was going to take a break for 30 days: "I'm going to start tomorrow". I make my purchase, something I get on the regular. The girl rings me up and it's more than usually. Now my a$$ is feeling dumb, I only came in with the amount that I usually pay. Now I have to go to my car for extra change. I come back in and asked: "why is it more, it's usually a different price"...response: "because it's a pre-r, that's $ is the for the solo ounce"....hmm ok, but aren't those the same, b/c they both solo ounce? Just asking...really, just asking? I don't want to make a scene and now I feel lo-key crazy. I walk out. Now I was cool until I came home. Time for meditation, I unbag and I promise, I have never paid close attention to the price on the tube. I look down and I see following (see attached). Now I'm all worked up again, I'm replaying the conversation in my head and I'm like ohh hecky nah, I gotta call. Y'all need to explain this to me, so I call. They transferred my call to the girl that helped me in-store. She informed me that: "high % = high $, now the price is usually the lesser but b/c this came in as a higher % its more. You are probably getting the same product but at a lesser %. I tell her, that is not what's listed and tagged on the tube. She then further explained: "Yea, that can be a mistake, I ranged it up and in our system it's that price. So, your labels are obsolete? "well no, but considering the time that we are in, they are probably re-using labels to save money" (I am not bs'n you, this is what I was told). "But in our system, our website and our menus it's THAT price. So the printed labels that are hand applied by a person does not mean anything? Like that should just be a pokemon sticker on the tube, right? I didn't get mad, I just SMH, I apologize to the girl, told her that I was not trying to start anything but I'm seeing two different things. IT'S ALL ABOUT PRICIPALITES I worked retail for 10yrs, no the customer is NOT always right. However, if we did not change the $ on the merch, we messed, we honored the tagged price on the merch and then made sure to double check all tags before anyone else walked and we had to give merch out at a lesser price. It's a business, these are their policies and procedures, it is what it is, yea so I'm really starting tomorrow y'all b/c I don't like experiences like that, it kills the whole damn experience. Just in general, if you walk out of an establishment feeling confused, scratching yo' head, mouth all twisted w/ the side eye...go ahead and make a u-turn to talk to someone for some clarification...it's been real yo'.
