This place shouldn't have such bad reviews. It's clean and organized. The employee was friendly and helpful. I wasn't sure what flavor of protein I wanted and he had some great suggestions. I'd also had a problem with the website earlier and he was able to recommend a way to solve it next time. Very good customer service. It is a fairly small shop compared to some other supplement stores but the website inventory was accurate and I was able to get what I needed. I will definitely return. read more

I tried to go here to buy protein powder on October 31 at 12:30 pm. The sign said they opened at 11, so they should have been open for an hour and a half. Instead the door was locked and there was a sign that said "be back at 1," in the window. I won't return to a business that doesn't have reliable hours. read more

Yo I been coming to this specific location for a few years now and can say, this is the first time I've gone here and have gotten so much information.... Like actual information that would help me. Sonny was my consultant and let me tell you..... bro hooked me up and got me to sign up for the pro membership and saved me about 70 bucks in the process.... Yeah it was and extra cool experience for me, since I would normally get asked if I need anything, then would reply "nope", then back to business as usual. So a pretty normal experience as usual for years.......... Yeah not today! Went in and got asked the normal and responded the normal.... Then out of nowhere I stated I hated a flavor cause it makes me feel bad while working out and bam.....! My experience was taken to a whole new level. He not only asked me why, but told me why I was having problems with a specific kind of BCAA since I don't eat that much cause I hate food as well. Got me signed up for the pro membership and explained to me why it's a better deal to have the pro membership versus just buying products every month or so. He wasn't pushy on the sale, but very pushy on saving me money and tryna get the best bang for my buck. For that level of customer service I had to review his work ethic. Sonny was dope and fresh and I can respect that since we as humans can not find decent people to have great customer service or just great people skills in general. He covered all that, plus the store is normal clean, very chill, and organized. Even while they are loading product, they manage to keep it clean unlike our local grocery stores! read more

Whoever is in charge of this store does it so irresponsibly. They do not open on time and when I went in there a couple weeks ago I asked the guy if I was going to get points for my purchase and he lied and said yes when I was not. He was just trying to shrug me off and close the store down so we can "go to the bank". This store is placed in the same shopping center as a gym. I'm sure it gets customers. visited this store today and what a pleasure it was! i'm about to turn a very monumental age so i went in to get some vitamins to support my metabolism and vitamins deficiencies. kentrel and his wife are the nicest sales people ive ever met. kentrel was very informative, from the greeting to all the education on the products. he gave me the best price on my items! just a really nice guy , mannerable and effiecient. my experience was very pleasant. i would reccommend anyone to go to the store for all of your vitamin and nutrition supplement needs! kentrell will get you right! made my day. customer service is hard to come by these days. kentrell went above and beyond. such a breath of fresh air. read more

Clerk was very helpful. However, the sign out front says that they will beat the prices of any product sold at other stores. When I showed him a picture of a discount that 24 hour fitness provides for the Amino Energy product, he said that they can't match or beat the price. Even though their sign says that they will beat any price by $1.00. The funny part is that I purchased that same Amino Energy product at a different GNC, and they were able to beat the price. Again, I have no issue with the clerk, he was very knowledgeable about the products. I am just very disappointed that the store does not honor it's claim to beat competitor's price by $1.00 as its advertised on the front door... I will not visit this store again because another store is willing to honor the same claim without issues... read more

I bought a new product at the GNC in the Galleria mall, the product did not work out for me and when I went to exchange it to this location, Fur(the sales associate) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all the products. She explained the difference in proteins and what each item contained as well as what they did. Super thankful for all of Fur's help!!! read more
