Both chiropractors I tried back then wanted me to come in for several sessions a week (ca-ching) and after months of their promises and no results I gave up. But Dr. Sawyer is different. She didn't try to sucker me into what chiropractors call a maintenance schedule (which guarantees them business for life). She will fix you and you can move on. I've gone to her for my neck and back on days when I just felt a lot of pain. It's great because if you call with a problem, she'll fit you in usually that day. She usually will tell me to come in a few times over the next 10 days and that's it, you're better. She also knows most of us don't have insurance plans that cover chiropractic so she charges reasonable out of pocket prices. I've even had her make me orthotics for my shoes. I've had orthotics from a podiatrist but hers worked for me better.

No consideration was given due to the unforeseen circumstances that were out of my control. Sent the office manager screenshots of my location so that she knew that I was not anywhere near the area. If this is how they treat their patients (and potential new patients), don't waste your time or money. Mind you I had two other appointments the same day with local small businesses that required deposits as well and the other two businesses carried over my deposit to the new appointments I made.
