The work crew wore the appropriate PPP throughout and completed the job to our satisfaction. We felt very comfortable and safe throughout the course of the work.

The tile sample board was old (she told me this after the fact) 2. That "There is high variation in shades of color and crackle due to the glazing effect." The tile I saw and ordered in the store was denim blue, the tile that arrived is grey. The store manager and Monica said that I would be charged a 25% restocking fee and a additional $85 delivery fee to return the custom tile. I paid almost $2,000. The store refused to take the blame and instead said they can do nothing else. I will never EVER go here again for all my future projects, and will continue to spread the word about the terrible customer service I have experienced. I have never seen anything like this. While that was a bonus, the best part of working with them was the customer service and the price. They could do the job 3-4 weeks faster than anyone else and they were the most competitive price. I had a very specific design that I had in mind which incorporated a backsplash topped with a ledge and Brittany worked with me to make sure that they could deliver what I had in mind. She took my picture from Pinterest and the guys at Stone Lab brought it to life. The measurements, the mockup and the installation was smooth and quick and my quartz looks amazing! She also helped me pick out remnant slabs to use for a double vanity and a bar for such a reasonable price. I am beyond pleased and can't say enough good things about the quality of the work, how pleasant the employees were and how great my quartz looks.
