We live in a condo and wanted to renovated our kitchen. We were concerned with the high ceilings and uneven walls. Hope kitchens helped us work through all of our concerns. From design to install, David helped us with every step. We solved for unused space and optimal functionality (all drawers in the base cabinets) - we were very ambitious. Here are the pictures showing our end results. The design and installation crews were amazing. Several trips were required to get this right but Hope kept coming back to make sure everything was perfect. And David was there making sure everything was okay without charging me more. We just built our home in Greenwich, CT and had Hope Kitchen install every single piece of cabinetry in our 6400sq ft home including all our bathroom vanities and laundry rooms. It was so easy working with the sales team. They had designs ready for me within days for review and then all I did was go in after to pick out colors and materials I wanted. We went with their top of the line Deluxe Wood and Fabuwood products. It is worth it for durability! All our of countertops are also quartz from Hope Kitchens as well. I was really surprised at the selection they carried and loved that we didn't have to stop by any additional stone yards or hire fabricators. They handled everything in house! The team was incredibly quick and efficient once everything came into stock. We get so many compliments from everyone that visits our home and they cannot believe that these were not "custom" made - which would've cost us 3 times the cost. Easily the best decision we made for our build. Highly recommend these guys for your next renovation or build!!!! read more

I decided to refurbish my kitchen to a more model look. I wanted it to look good, I had ideas in mind, but also didn't want to spend a fortune because I live in a condo and I might not make it up in resale value. Anyway, I went to Hope Kitchens, they have great displays on the floor, the cabinets were exactly what I wanted, a large selection of counter tops, sink styles and several options. They were very informative, helpful and reasonable. The cabinet design was exactly what I wanted, they came in in reasonable time, and installed in one day. They look and fit perfectly. Awful experience!!! We placed an order in December, 2019, and for three months called and emailed them frequently inquiring about when the order would be ready for pick-up.... without them ever emailing or calling us back. Finally in May, 2020 they told us the order had been lost and offered a refund.... but which three months later, we still haven't received. You get what you pay for. They are the worse. My kitchen is ok at best. After not even a year drawers don't shut and some doors stop midway. We needed a touch up kit. They charge you $20. We asked them to come fix their shit work. They said ok but for $75. They don't stand behind their work. Again if you want mediocre at best this is fine. If you are flipper or just looking to very cheaply update a kitchen , then this good. Adam is so disrespectful and jimmy is just unprofessional. Never again. read more

Used them to design and install a new bathroom vanity. Jimmy helped us through the process and everything was built and installed as promised. Even was installed in the day and time as promised. Smooth and great. Price was amazing and included the marble countertop. The only issue is the installers are hard to communicate with but they are experienced and do a great job with all the nuances of the room and plumbing. Decided I couldn't stand my 30 year old kitchen any longer and started shopping around. I originally wanted to do it myself for the satisfaction and to save some money but time constraints and never having done one before I figured it would be easier to leave it to the professionals. Led me to Hope Kitchens, only because I remember seeing the store while passing it multiple times on Hope street. Went in and met with one of the employees, was very strait forward and not up in your face like many salesman which was a good start. Had them come measure and went over the quote a few days later. Had 2 other quotes for more money; one place had poor quality cabinets in the show room which turned me off, the other one was " custom" for about 4x the cost from Home Depot. Scheduled the install and 2 weeks later everything arrived, was installed in one day and the counters came 3 days later along with the sink. Came home from work and was very impressed and satisfied. The kitchen looked great and I wouldn't have done much different looking back. Overall i'm happy, has only been 2 weeks so I cant speak much of the longevity or finish but it appears very solid. They did order the wrong cabinet above my range and I had to buy a vent hood but that was only a minor error on their end. Maybe a minor language barrier or miscommunication. I'd recommend anyone looking for an affordable kitchen to check this place out. They did a great job and were friendly before and after the sale. Started out very nice. Picked out the kitchen, they came out to measure and installed it. And then it began. Big gaps between the doors, Cracks in the doors and sides. Doors don;t close properly. Went in spoke with the people there, showed them pictures of how terrible it looks, one of the gentleman came out to take a look and that's where it stopped. It's been months and nothing. I've been calling, leaving messages, The worst place I've ever dealt with, paid a lot of money. Could have gotten much better quality elsewhere, and I'm sure customer service would have been better. Hope Kitchen review Stay far away no matter how good the price seems! It's hard to say if the quality or the service is worse. The installers are sent without any knowledge of the job and no communication abilities. First my stone came cut incorrectly and Benny kept telling me it was just the installer, not the stone. However, there were different overhangs throughout the space and it was obvious it needed to be redone. As a designer, I know installs always have their hiccups. However, many aggravating conversations later, including a threat to dispute the balance charges, the stone was finally recut. After many post-installation visits for repairs (because the team is sent without any instructions or materials), they requested balance payment before it was completed. When I happily agreed to remit the balance once my stone was recut properly and my seams, chips and drips repainted, and my handles leveled, Benny screamed at me that if I wanted that good of a job done I should've told him upfront or gone elsewhere. You can imagine my confusion when he had initially marketed Hope Kitchen to me as a high end kitchen store. Months later my kitchen still has I leveled doors and missing shelves despite many attempts to contact them to fix it. As a designer, I'll stay very far away from this company for future clients. read more

Terrible experience so far and we haven't even used the kitchen. It was our contractor's recommendation to use Hope Kitchen, but from the very first visit the sales person was absolutely rude and wouldn't answer any specific questions other than "I'll work with your contractor". Cabinets were delivered 4 weeks late than estimated and granite delivery was a nightmare being postponed 5 times. It wasn't cheap and I hope that when we start using it there will be no issues. read more

Had a pretty bad experience with Hope Kitchens. Started at the Stamford Showroom and after the contractor/lead on the job missed two appointments we reached out to the team in New Rochelle. In hindsight, this should have been a warning sign. With that said, we worked with the New Rochelle team and had constant issues with communication, lack of direction/suggestions, not showing up on time, coming with wrong materials, etc. Now that the kitchen has been in for 5 months i continue to notice issues-- cracks in the cabinet, some drawers soft close some not, handles not even, etc. All in all I understand they are not extremely pricey so you get what you pay for but I would not recommend Hope Kitchens. read more

We went to the Bridgeport location after a recommendation. After placing the order forour new kitchen we thought this process was going to be great. Well we were wrong. The guy who we are working with never calls when he says, never calls back. We literally have to leave 4 or 5 messages until he calls back. The workers are never on time, and we never get a call to say that they will be hours late. The cabinets get delivered chipped and scratched. Shelves chipped, hardware not installed. Original plans that we designed were changed without notice. I could go on and on on how poor the customer service is at the Bridgeport location. Do not use this company. It is not worth the time or the money. The one thing they are consistent with is making sure they are paid on time. You honestly should be ashamed of yourselves. read more

We recently upgraded our vintage '87 kitchen with cabinets, counter and back-splash from Hope Kitchens in Stamford. The quality is excellent, the workmanship outstanding, the price is right and they showed up when they said they would. The thing that anyone needs to be aware of is that you need to be your own advocate and understand your kitchen layout plan, what you are buying and what features and extras you want to add since the salesperson will not suggest anything. While they are very helpful, they are also quite passive and will not offer any extras such as glass doors, under the counter trash/recycling drawer, or upgraded drawer sliders so if you want them, you will need to ask. And there is a small language barrier especially with the workmen. Again, know your kitchen and know what you want and what you expect done and don't wait until too late to bring it up. Even though the workmen aren't up on their English, communicating isn't difficult and they are very accommodating. We had an excellent experience and would highly recommend them. read more
