I had asked one of the project managers to email me with information on the one modern style that they showed me; and to provide me with an estimate/quote - and left them with all of my contact information (not that I wanted to, but they asked me to fill out their entire form); and they also asked to take a copy of my architectural plans - but never heard back, not a peep! How can you run a sales business and not adhere to the promise you made to a potential client to reach out to them? This is a terrible first impression for any potential client for any business, let alone for those who will be spending tens of thousands of dollars with them. They're certainly not getting my business and I don't recommend working with them to anyone. If service & communication is this bad at this stage, imagine what it would be like to PM a whole renovation project with them - from design to manufacturing to installation!? No thanks.

It was extremely overpriced and we felt completely rushed during the process as they kept telling us we have to order asap or else the prices go up. To say the least it was hard to watch our hard earned money for our forever home go into a kitchen that is breaking down in 2 years.

We went with their top of the line Deluxe Wood and Fabuwood products. It is worth it for durability! All our of countertops are also quartz from Hope Kitchens as well. I was really surprised at the selection they carried and loved that we didn't have to stop by any additional stone yards or hire fabricators. They handled everything in house! The team was incredibly quick and efficient once everything came into stock.
