Adam P. of Phoenix has a great grasp of the 30 some unit property and many of the oddities that come with an old 1980's schoolhouse condo conversion. An entire month passed and the unit was never so much as advertised for rent (not on Craigslist nor RPM's own site -- not anywhere). No work was performed to prepare the unit for rent, though I was sent several outrageously marked-up quotes by Dave Myers (who I believe to be the sole proprietor of RPM Metro Boston). Communication was non-existent: my experience was one of unreturned phone calls, ignored e-mails, utter non-performance, and ultimately more than $2,300 lost ($600 to RPM + $1,700 in lost rental income). I ended up using a competing property management company, and my unit was prepared for rent within days with a lease signed inside of the first week. If you're looking for service or professionalism, I implore you to look elsewhere.

He marketed our home very well. The pictures online were so good it almost made US want to buy it! Over the course of four days it was shown to 41 perspective buyers, of which 11 made offers - all above our asking price. Joe helped us select the overall best buyer (not based solely on price). Everything was going smoothly until the buyers ran into issues on their end that we could not have foreseen. The closing was repeatedly delayed for one reason the another. Throughout out the delays Joe remained very professional and kept us at ease. Joe's experience and patience were apparent. He understood what was actually happening and explained everything to us clearly & concisely, in a manner that we could understand. Joe guided us when to be patient, then when to be assertive, and finally when it became necessary to get a little aggressive. It was then (February 1st) that they buyers started all over again with a new lender, and from then the process proceeded quickly and without a hitch, closing on the scheduled date of March 3rd... exactly 30 days. Amazing! We can't rave enough about Joe; we are so happy we chose him as our real estate agent and strongly recommend him.

Would have chosen 0 stars…read more This builder is not recommended. Britton has a contract that reads good, but as soon as you ask them to abide by it they will not. They state that if you ask for inspections on your new build, which they recommend you do, they will provide them and review them with you. But they will not, in fact they will lie to you about the inspections. If you select a finish or material that they layer cannot provide they will substitute whatever they want without asking you, the buyer. Their co tract states they cannot do that, but they will. Their contract states that the purchaser is protected, if Britton fails to comply with the contract they will refund all monies. But when the purchaser calls in them for failure to perform, they will lie and tell you they do not refund money in any circumstance. Especially do not buy in Star Trail in Prosper.
