It was an exhaustive process made MUCH more complicated than it should have been. Requested paper backup to their work- never got. Assured about follow through- NEVER happened. Final payment has been made and I cannot communication as to whether the paperwork has been filed as I was once again assured would be last week. I did get a snarky email saying their work is now complete which is NOT what was communicated in my last phone conversation (which I kept proof of).

Kevin and his entire staff; receptionists to the maintenance team were always polite, entirely helpful and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. It was a pleasure renting from him and it was not until he sold the property that I could TRULY appreciate his complete professionalism, his integrity and his entire demeanor in general. Knight Realty owns many properties and I know he's a very busy guy yet weekly he would personally walk the property to assure that everything was running smoothly. He interacted with the tenants in seeking a quick resolve to ANY issues. His presence showed his care and concern for both the well being of his property and his tenants. Kevin personally and quickly returns phone calls and I can say in all sincerity that in the 8 years I rented from him I never had any issues outside of the normal occasional clogged sink etc and they were always handled quickly and professionally. Knight Realty made regular visits to the property and maintenance personally checked and changed the batteries in smoke detectors, they assisted in putting in and removing air conditioners , they replaced any torn blinds, kept the grounds beautifully maintained with flowers and bushes, walk ways and stairs were always clean n clear during inclement weather. I could go on n on really with compliments and kudos but I hope you get my point. If you are looking for an honest, decent realtor who exhibits honor and integrity this is the place to go! I would rent from Kevin again in a beat and I have recommended him to others several times. In a big city it's very difficult to find a land lord who exhibits the qualities of this agency and they will always get a 5 review from me. I had a very disappointing experience with GIM Property Management. Communication has been…read moreextremely poor. One of the most frustrating issues was a condo document amendment that took almost a year to complete due to their lack of responsiveness. After all that time, it turned out the amendment had been done incorrectly, requiring additional time and effort to address something that should have been handled properly from the start. What's even more concerning is the lack of transparency in their billing practices. Charges have appeared without proper explanation, and requests for supporting documentation or invoices have not been adequately addressed. This raises serious concerns about how they conduct business. Overall, the experience has felt unprofessional, disorganized, and frustrating. I expected a much higher level of accountability and responsiveness from a property management company. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage others to proceed with caution.

It's interesting that all the 5 star reviews were all posted on exactly the same day, I'm skeptical…read morethose are real GIM clients. They constantly ignore communication from me and my neighbors. And when they do reply, they are less than helpful. They refuse to provide me with financial documents, I've asked multiple times and had to file a complaint with the BBB to get their attention. The fact that they won't let me see how they are spending our money only makes me more suspicious of unauthorized activities. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
