Connie, Sarah, and Rob are a team of superstars that do such a wonderful job, it feels like I have been staying at an all inclusive resort this whole time. Management has always been kind, understanding, and personable which seems rare these days. Rob the maintenance man is one of the hardest working people I have ever observed. Any issue I had was immediately taken care of and I never felt like a bother asking for help. The property is constantly being maintained and improved. They are on top of snow removal here which is a huge plus! This place has been EXACTLY what I needed for this chapter in my life and I'm so thankful I chose Abbey Ridge!

Rent has gone up over $60 past 2 leases. Not signing a 2nd. Kept over a month for security deposit as well. Understand management has been here since day 1. Feel there's embezzlement going on. Will have my attorney file a suit for me as I've got lots of pictures. Oven is original as are the blinds. Painted front of the oven, which is peeling. Then his wife came to get paid and she was hostile and demanding. I told her we needed to discuss the fact that we had items missing and she pointed to 2 tall boxes and rudely said "you aren't unpacked" I replied that we had opened the boxes and replaced the items in the boxes and the silverware was not in either box. She demanded payment, I handed her the check and she stormed off shouting for us to never contact them and that she HOPED MY DOG GOT SICK! They packed the rooms that have items missing, a huge set of good silver, a credit card that was just received and still in the envelope with things in our desk, a big three ring binder type check book as well as other contents in the desk. My tote bag that contained personal items, think purse, is also missing. Why would they even think I would want them to move that? When I mentioned it to the wife her rely was "if it was in the office and they were packing the office they had a right to move it." We had other issues with them, they used an excessive amount of paper, which made more boxes and then charged more than the contract. When I say excessive I mean 20 to 30 sheets of paper in the bottom of the box, 6 full size sheets per light bulb, multiple sheets on Tupperware, and 20 to 40 sheets on top of the items in each box. Every box items were wrapped in excess. The other issue is they did not put down runners the day they packed and my light colored carpet is filthy, it did not have black streaks on the edges of the steps and the back of each step where their feet hit it, overall the carpet is very dirty and it was not before they packed. They packed on Sept.15 and moved us the next day. All boxes have been opened and these items are not here. They will not return our calls or text. When all a man can say in response to our concerns is that he has been in business for 34 years I think he has more ego than knowledge. At least respond to your client who trusted you with their possessions.

I am appreciative that NES is willing to work with us on that They called me after the estimator finished. The technician proceeded to tell me he did an evaluation of what was wrong and the fee would be $75.00. Um.. no. I already know what is wrong with it, I only need a quote to place it. We are not repairing a 21 year old furnace. They backed stepped the service fee since there was an obvious miss-communication Their quote was $1,500.00 more than the company our property manager uses. So we went with them.
