What's Really Happening at The Preserves?…read more I've lived here for years, and I've reached my breaking point--not just because of what's happened to me personally, but because of what so many other tenants have quietly shared with me. Tenants are leaving. Not just because of minor issues--but because of Cathy, the property manager, who many are now calling "Daddy's Girl Cathy." Why? Because she's the owner's daughter and seemingly protected no matter what. Multiple neighbors have said she's the reason they're packing up and moving out. I've seen eviction notices taped to front doors in what feels more like public humiliation than management. If it's something important, why not put it at the garage keypad like they do with other notices or mail it to them as they do everything else? Meanwhile, grills are still out today that have been out for months with no consequences. Garage screens and front door screens are still up--again, no consequences. But when I bring things up or try to protect my family, I'm the problem? Cars have sat parked illegally for months without green tags, yet a vehicle left out for a single day gets a violation, even the same people park on the street daily. Make it make sense. There are so many empty units now--and tenants are STILL moving out. One neighbor dealt with a disgusting millipede infestation that never got resolved. Others are just fed up. I've got photos. I've got documentation. And I'm not afraid to speak up and I will continue to do this until I move out the end of the month. We deserve better than this. Fairness. Respect. Accountability. That's not what's happening here--and I'm not the only one who sees it.

It was a beautiful light-filled space and there was a lovely tree outside my second bedroom/office window. The community was quiet, the grounds beautifully maintained and maintenance issues were resolved quickly. Snow removal was swiftly and efficiently completed. The leasing process was smooth and re-leasing and the move-out process was also simple and fair. The management and staff take pride in the community and their responsibilities and it shows. This is the only apartment I ever felt sad to leave! I highly recommend.

She enjoys living in this area with everything at your fingertips - convenient for shopping, gyms, parks etc. Macy, the manager, is professional and makes sure to solve any problems that may arise. Pool is well taken care of, clean and relaxing place to spend summer leisure. The clubhouse activity center is great for parties and every month the staff provides buffet meals and gifts to tenants.

I had to submit 3 tickets to have a smoke alarm replaces that would go off on a regular basis 1st thing in the AM. now the one in the common hallway is chirping, 1 day after a supposedly inspection of all fire extinguishers & smoke alarms in our building. I have submitted tickets for adding a larger or 2nd dumpster, due to the inadequate overflowing on a regular basis. I have also asked several times for major pot holes in the parking area to be filled or repaved, have asked for something to be done about the birds in the tree that shit all over my truck, ( there are not enough parking, to just park elsewhere. I currently have a ticket in for 3 days for my bathtub that does not drain & never has drained very well. The light was flashing in the hallway, they closed the ticket, because they just unscrewed the bulb rather than replacing it. Meanwhile the rent just went up substantially! my neighbors who have lived there for years, say that the maintenance is the worst it has ever been. I still live there because it is 4 minutes from my current work location, I would certainly recommend looking elsewhere.

We have a carport and put our family car under it which keeps our toddler out of the elements a little bit. We are on the top floor so we don't hear much noise from our neighbors. Nothing in the unit seems "cheap" which is a breath of fresh air. Other apartments in this price range are typically outdated from what I've seen. I wish the parking lot lighting was a bit better, but all in all I'm very happy. I called to alert them that my mailbox key doesn't work and they called back quickly and are resolving the issue the same day.

High quality, brand new building with great service. We have nothing to worry about unlike a homeowner. The social events the staff host periodically brings a sense of community and camaraderie.
