I called NES on a Monday Night when I got home from work and by Tuesday Morning at 9am I had a technician at my home. I received a text message with a photo and a message saying he was on his way to my house, which gave me time to get my 2 overly friendly dogs outside. Aaron was very informative and was able to show me the issues I had with my 25-year-old system. I just moved into this home 3 years ago and never knew the age of the HVAC unit, but it never really kept up, so I knew there had to be something wrong with the system. Aaron took the time to look at the entire system and gave me a few different options. I'm glad he didn't just tell me that I needed the most expensive system like "the other guys". World-Class. I'm pretty good at fixing things myself and have grown up working with my hands. It's rare that I call for something like this, however I couldn't figure it out and my neighbor suggested NES so I called. I had a problem with a toilet and I tried everything to fix it. I called and spoke to a lady name Barb who was very knowledgeable and got a service guy out in a day or too. He showed up when she said he would and he got to work. He gave me some options and was honest about what was needed. That day I had a working toilet again. It's rare to find a company that puts the customer first anymore. I know NES had my best interest in mind. It companies like this that you can trust and are worth spending a few minutes to review. NES performed some plumbing services and would not honor the work they did the next day. NES would only consider coming back if I paid for another service call which I found outrageous since it was to fix the work they had just done. They seemed more concerned about being paid and making more money than doing a job correctly. I attempted to contact them many times after that without a reply other than from the person who answers the phone saying they would call back. In the end, it was wasted money and I had to call someone else (Affordable Plumbing) to fix the job that NES had done. Very disappointing that a business would act like this and does not value reputation, morals, or ethics. I would strongly recommend to never hire this business as they seem only interested in getting the job done ASAP read more

I had a plumbing emergency when I awoke to water leaking from the hot water heater. NES to the rescue! They showed up when they said they would...no waiting - BONUS!....Sent a photo of the technician to ensure identity prior to arrival. They lay drop cloths every where they walk and work. Very clean, courteous, and conscientious as well as knowledgeable. I adored Trevor, especially, because we have cats in common. You have to feel comfortable...they are in your house! I have had Trevor before and he does great work! Wide range of work done: two toilets re-built (had phantom flush constantly), shower re-done, two sinks w/new faucets, and now a new hot water heater. I wanted to start out by saying thank you for taking care of my furnace issue. I called last minute after hours and they were able to fit me in the next day. The techs that came our were Aaron and Peter who were both really professional guys! They explained the issue to me and the solution in a way that i completely understood. An Employee of ours recommended NES Plumbing to help us remodel our store. I sent a quick email to see what they could do and we shocked to get an appointment set up in just a few minutes! Nate came out the next day and was able to help us update the shop. He also explained different options that really made the choice to go with NES super easy. I cannot say enough great things about Chris and NES. When my husband tried to "fix" our water heater from Home Depot I knew we were in trouble. After hearing some "choice words" coming from the basement I jumped on Facebook and found NES right away! Within an hour we had a tech to the home and a new water heater installed within 24 hours!!!! NES comes to the rescuer again! Today the outside temp was a hot 87degrees and the inside temp was registering the same. I attempted to turn on the A/C with no success. It was 3:30pm when I called and they would send a service tech out immediately. Aaron arrived promptly at 4:00 to service my thermostat. He immediately diagnosed the problem and the A/C was working in a matter of a few minutes. I am a long time customer of NES, and every service call has been reliably performed perfectly! Our upstairs toilet became loose (bolt was not secured) and water leaked into the ceiling drywall below. I contacted NES to see if they could replace the at least 45 year old toilet the same day and they stated yes. Chris from NES plumbing arrived several hours later, examined and removed the old toilet, and installed a new one. Chris was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We contacted NES to come out to our building in New Hudson to check out the HVAC system as we were not familiar when the last time it was looked at or cleaned. They came out the same week and did a thorough inspection, even sent us a video of what they were looking at up in the ceiling ducts. They were extremely fast and honest. Very impressed with the service. I called at 7:00 am to have my AC repaired. The owner answered he told me he would do his best to get me on the schedule today but I may have to wait until tomorrow morning. At 11:00 am he called to tell me he was on his way to my house.
