Sometimes my body decides to get sick on days other than Saturday. If you are a walk-in, be prepared to wait a while. We had to wait for almost an hour and half. They did have free wifi for those in the waiting room. This made the time go by much faster. I've read some other reviews on this place from some other sites and I don't agree with them. Other than the wait, I believe this is a great place to walk in. They are friendly and I like Dr. Z. He actually listens to you when you describe your symptoms.

They took me back and I waited another 45+ min and it went busy at all. I had to open the door, ask if they forgot me and the same Dr that was sitting there when I was taken in, was still sitting there. He then jumped up and came in. The girl had previously taken my vitals and throat swab. He said it was negative but clearly I was very ill. He said it was VERY expensive.. over $350 for them to test for Covid and Influenza so I went home and did my own. I called with results by 5:00p like instructed. They never called back until after my pharmacy was closed so I never got scripts til following day. The script was not believed to help, but said it was viral and nothing would work besides try steroid. Call back after 10 days if I'm worse. The place is not very clean.. and they seem ok, but not willing to do more than necessary. It was a long process for practically nothing.

My review is strictly of the doctor, detailing my experience with Ms Hollowell, (I will only address her as Ms not Dr because I do not deem her worthy of that distinction) what it is not is a review of your hospital or the practice where she now is a member.  My goal in writing the review is to inform potential patients of my experience and the personal consequences of my unfortunate medical encounter with Ms. Hollowell.  I am going to note that when I asked the hospital to recommend which doctor to see from the practice while scheduling my colonoscopy Ms. Hollowell was not it, she was however the one with the first available appointment. I now ask myself, was that my misfortune or my mistake? My second goal in writing the review is to inform the hospital and the practice of the potential liability that they may face by giving her surgical rights or employment within their practice.  I cannot change history, and undo what has happened to me, but I can inform others that there can be dire outcomes that they should be aware of by choosing Ms Hollowell as their surgeon. Everything I have stated in my review is what I experienced, what I have been informed by medical professionals that specialize in gastric surgery, and by information that was shared with me although I cannot personally verify others accounts for accuracy, I can only repeat it .  Again, this is simply a review of my experience. This has affected my DAILY life, my physical and mental health and been a financial burden that I cannot afford.  My motivation is so that no one else will have to experience what I have. No one else will wake up in the night with severe pain, no one else will have to be a prisoner of their home, no one else will have to fear driving a long distance, or getting on an airplane, or being anywhere that there is not a restroom readily accessible, no one else will get immediately sick from eating the smallest portion of food, no one else should be told that they now face a shortened lifespan, are more susceptible to certain cancers and illnesses, no one else will have to be frustrated, depressed, sad or angry that this was the outcome of a "routine procedure" meant for the betterment of their health not the demise of it.  And that none of the countless medical specialists that I have seen should feel the need to profusely apologize to me for something that they did not do. If sharing my story will help even one person avoid this outcome, then I have accomplished the bare minimum of the control that I have over this situation, with the sincere hope that it does not happen to them. At one point I was in so much pain I was crying and trying my hardest to get comfortable so I pushed the call button nurse came in offered me a pain med I had already been given that didn't work got all pissed off I said it wasn't working and left me there in pain for THREE HOURS with no substitute and no other help. The only nice nurse I had was the one in the morning the where wonderful and let me have the room after I was discharged so I could lay down instead of sitting in the waiting room since that was painful! She then tried to put the steri strips on without closing his wound. They were sticking to her gloves and to the inside of his wound. Then she had to take it all off, because she made a mess of it, all while he's bleeding down his hand. He was in so much pain. Absolutely shameful standards. She never was able to bandage him up properly. I had to redo it when I got home. Please do not trust this place with your children.

Staffs are rude and untrained properly. New faces every time walk in, young girls have perfect make up with bad attitude act like they are bothered bit** they needed to be reminded this is a neighborhood clinic meant to heal.
