Everything about my experience at Hope & Wellness has been positive. When I first reached out to them, I was SHOCKED when I got a response the next day. My Hope+Wellness therapist, Bennett Crawford, has been life-saving and life-changing for me in the wake of losing my son and mother last year, and the resulting depression. The grief counseling he's provided has given me tools to cope with my losses and enabled me to understand and process my emotions. I love Hope+Wellness! I've always had a hard time finding a therapist that works for me. I've tried online therapy and it just didn't work. Finally my psychiatrist recommended Hope+Wellness and I am so grateful she did! I've been seeing Krystal Carter for therapy and she is amazing. I always feel so supported, empowered, and happy after our sessions. She has given me a lot of concrete and usable help that has been instrumental in making my life easier.
