Zero stars. I cannot believe they took reviews off their google listing. Probably because 8 years…read moreago they got 5 stars. Now all their reviews in the last 4 years are horror stories. Just like mine. They even want me to sign an indemnity and release of liability (which is already in their loop-holed intake and medical records system... by obtaining your signature and date prior to procedures or procedural protocol). They quickly gave me my money back for the procedure due to the nature of the "being the 3rd patient out of tens of thousands" that have ever had an incomplete abortion; but I'm pretty sure it was due to the owner being in the room when the doctor (whom I met for the first time, no introduction, was sticking a needle in my arm with sedative and made a sexually offensive comment about my large religious/spiritual tattoo... saying "guess Buddha gets around!". That being said, my signature and date was already on the state mandated conduct, in which it states the doctor must have a consultation with you to go over the risks, benefits, potential outcomes based on your health, age, etc. and discuss other options... well I had never met this doctor nor did I have this discussion with anyone. I read their very seemingly safe informative guide, 'CDC states it's safer than a tonsillectomy', and felt super at ease and had no qualms or questions). Come to find out that when I requested the records, the only wet signature was on that clause. So obviously, it was AFTER my signatures and their stamps of Dr. Loss's name on each other clause. They also advised me not to take the antibiotics, stating that "they make us give it to you, but don't worry... you're fine", insinuating that the state law is that they must prophylactically give you antibiotics in case of an unsafe (unsterile) procedure. Well, I ended up racking up 200k in hospital bills to correct an incomplete abortion, findings of hemorrhage, then hospitalized after AGAIN for sepsis. And now twice in a month, I've had the same bacterial infection come back. I've been out of work and bed ridden and had septic shock multiple times in the last 3 months. I'll be sure to post all the notes and i am quite comfortable sharing my medical notes, no violation of hipaa, voluntarily sharing so no one has to go through the trauma that I went through.

Being that it is a clinic and what I went there for I just expected things to be a little more private. On their website it states you'll be sedated but I was not. I felt everything this and it was the worst pain ever. Their after care was okay. Just a lounge chair in the back in a hot room. Some of the tools in their office were rusted. All of this didn't help the fact that I was already nervous and scared

To the incredible team at Pregnancy Health Clinic, When my…read morefiancée and I first walked through your doors, we were overwhelmed, scared, and honestly, a little lost following the news of our unexpected pregnancy. The anxiety we carried felt heavy. From that very first moment, everything changed. Your clinic didn't just provide an appointment; it offered solace, clarity, and genuine warmth. The entire staff made us feel profoundly welcomed, listened to, and educated. The amount of comprehensive information and compassionate support we received instantly transformed our fear into excitement. We left that first visit feeling a genuine, hopeful anticipation for the journey ahead. Our second visit--the day of our first ultrasound--is a moment we will never forget. Though our nerves were still buzzing, the entire staff once again surpassed every expectation. It wasn't just professionalism; it was pure, shared human emotion. To hear those words--"everything is perfect with the baby"--was overwhelmingly powerful, but what truly moved us was seeing your team become as genuinely excited and emotional as we were. It felt like celebrating a family milestone with trusted friends. In my professional life in marketing, I understand the value of an honest, great review. Please know that this is more than a review; it's a testament to the beautiful work you do. You don't just care for patients; you cradle fragile moments and turn anxiety into elation. We will be making a donation to your clinic so that countless other couples can experience the same life-changing care and emotional support we did. Thank you for making a stressful beginning one of the most heartwarming chapters of our lives.

At the desk who went above and beyond to help me get in to be seen as soon as possible. We had set a tele consult originally but she called me back quickly because she was able to get me in the office in the next hour. But the second time they brought in a nurse specifically to try and talk me and my boyfriend into keeping it, when we'd made it painfully clear we can't afford to care for a child. I also started experiencing spotting, went to the ER and was sent home after waiting 6 hours with nothing but being advised to see my OB. I called the office the next day to report my spotting, and the nurse I spoke to wasn't the same nurse who did my ultrasound. She told me they couldn't see me for my next scheduled appointment because I was bleeding, but when I told her I went to the ER and they said there's nothing they can do she just kept saying "well you can't come here Monday." This is my first pregnancy, and with May 1st around the corner, I'm extremely scared and nervous about my situation and it seems they care more about religious views then the health and safety of their clients. Don't recommend this place unless you like being lectured how your decision is "dangerous" and being told you're on your own when you're bleeding.
