I did not receive any procedue here, but I did take my wife to get her procedure done. Everything went pretty smooth from the begining to the end. We made an appointment early in the morning. Then we did some paperwork and made the payment for the operation before it began. I'd say the onboarding process took less than 10 minutes. Then we get to sit down in the waiting area for them to call my wife in. The waiting area is pretty ordinary. It has a TV in the middle of the room. The chairs weren't very comfortable, I wish there were some sofas and recliners. There is a coffee area which really helped to keep me awake. Then they brought us into an area to get my wife prepped for the procedure. The room looked very clean and organized with lots of modern looking medical equipment. The nurse came and did some tests before the doctors came in to go over the procedure being performed today. After the procedure, my wife was brought to the recovery area before getting my wife ready to go home. Throughout the whole day I felt my day my wife was in good hands as the nurses and doctors were very professional. But let's hope we never have to come back again for anything else. read more

One of my daughters was scheduled for a procedure that had been cancelled and reset twice due to the pandemic. Recently, one of her doctors who sees patients in the tri-county area, recommended this outpatient center over the children's hospital in Broward that she also practices in. I was pretty surprised as a layperson to hear that most day surgery or outpatient facilities are as good, if not better than a hospital, for many procedures. This doctor said she prefers them, but I won't get into the details. Our experience was superb--from the mandatory COVID testing several days prior--to the online pre-registration, appointment confirmation and reminders, temperature check-in for both of us, prep. etc. This is a state-of-the-art health center with top-notch health-care workers who combine knowledge and experience with practicing what the Scripture calls the Golden Rule. While waiting in the comfy and welcoming waiting area, I overheard a physician who had day surgery, talking with another health-care worker and it only confirmed that we were in the right place with the right professionals. My daughter had not one, but two nurses in Recovery and they were amazing; even laughing hard with me as my young teen started coming back from the anesthesia and being super silly and repetitive. The outpatient center is located behind the Westside Regional Medical Center in Broward and their hours of operations are 5:30 - 5:00 on weekdays, closed weekends. read more

Took my mom here for a procedure and the staff was absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked into the door, we were pleasantly greeted by the receptionist. Then onto registration, again awesome service and she made my mom feel less anxious. The nurse that took my mom back for the procedure with super sweet and even at discharge great help. In addition to their amazing staff, the timing was on point, any timeframe they provided was quite precise. The facility was very clean in the lobby/waiting area. My mom had a procedure here and waited over 2 hours to be seen. Its sad that they have their workers leaving fake reviews of the office" LOURDES The place is trash. I find it rude and disrespectful that the cleaning lady is sweeping peoples feet while they sit and wait for their procedures. The only good thing was the young black girl who registered us, she was so kind and so knowledgeable. Wish I remembered her name. Could not have asked for a better experience. Everyone was totally professional, polite, helpful, and caring. I was there for some minor surgery which went very smoothly. Waiting room was large and very clean. Be sure to bring a jacket as it's pretty cold in there as is any hospital setting. Very convenient with lots of parking. read more

I am extremely happy with the care I received at OSS ! Registration was prompt and very professional. I was called in in a timely manner and treated with great respect and professionalism by my nurse. There was a bit of a wait due to unforeseen circumstances and the nurses checked on me often and made sure I was warm and comfortable. The facility was clean and spacious. I am rating this facility and stuff 5 out of 5!!! If you rate it 10 star I would! From first second stepping into this facility, I understood, I am in good hands: absolutely clean everywhere, I noticed cleaning lady was attending ( cleaning) restroom after each use, There are very friendly stuff starting from the moment of day prior procedure with detailed instructions, than, receptionist to nurses and anaesthesiologist and doctors providing very coordinated service to make sure I was not waiting any minute in line. It seems to me, that I was part of orchestra, very well conducted! I would recommend this facility to anyone! Exceptional facility, stuff and service! read more

Am so disappointed the give an appointment 9:40 am been seat 5 hrs still waiting to go in for a procedure receptionis said Dr Bravo running behind he has 21 patients to see. They over book and don't care about people time same thing happened on clinic last time. They have to be more punctual with appointments. read more

The staff is phenomenal and the nurses are very helpful and knowledgeable, including the physicians. The only complaint is that you have to pay with a credit card, no cash is acceptable; however they don't have the proper equipment to make the payment. If this is their policy then they need the proper equipment. You cannot speak to ANYONE about any issue afterward you make the payment, they need to fix this. read more

Dr Singh colonoscopy/ endoscopy lets start with the good ... Ingrid is a shining star in a dumpster fire of customer service. she was polite, explanatory, and provided great service. the average ... the procedure. no complaints. the bad, and i wish could give zero stars. #1 not a big deal. for preop instructions i got two separate and different sheets. why? (see below) surely you know what papers you gave me, not one person has figured out they are inconsistent? #2 the woman came in room with prescription meds and called me wrong name. said nope not me she then turned to notes and came closer but still wrong name. i corrected and she said, yeah. not a big deal if waiting for a table reservation, but attn to detail is important when putting someone under and a tube up their butt. #3 The reason for this review. they told me not to bring valuables so left phone etc with girlfriend. they said they would call her 30 minutes prior to end of procedure. which considerimg i still have to meet with dr is a solid hour, ok cool. not sure if you ever fasted 24 hours and had a procedure and wanted to spend an hour in a pick area but i haven't. They make the call not 30 minutes before procedure ends, but after procedure is over AND i had consultation. This is the time i am ok to leave!! so im hungry as shit and grumpy, but get to wait 45 more min for no reason other than no call was made. i call and ask why my ride was not called as we were told hoping they would fix it for the next person. NOPE this woman called back and claimed they did call when they said, 15 minutes before i was out of procedure room. i asked which number and it was right. i explained i could see call history and there was no call. i asked if they had record of call ... nope. grand finale this woman claimed that cell phones dont always put time right. MIND BLOWN so this lady is claiming, i assume with a straight face, that every call to my girllfriends phone was correctly timestamped and logged EXCEPT that one?? her excuse is in 2020 phones cant keep an accurate call log, is this bizarro world?!?! 2 stars for making me sit for no reason because you did not call like you said you would 1 star for not taking responsibility when the mistake occurred 0 stars for lying and claiming that you did call will not be going back for follow up in 2 years read more

My surgeon has been told by this facility they don't accept my insurance which is Cigna an Obama plan through the market place. I called Cigna and they tell me the facility is contracted and in network. The facility called and said they Contract with Cigna but the corporate people made a decision not to accept the Obama plan because it doesn't pay enough so I need to go elsewhere for my surgery. I guess greed and profits are more important than providing compassionate healthcare. read more

Outpatient Surgical Services in Plantation has an EXCEPTIONAL STAFF. Registration was organized and the women handling the process were patient and kind. The Nurses were professional, kind, endearing and took pride in their work. I truly felt like they genuinely cared about me. I was not treated like just a number. I was treated like a human being and they made me feel special. The Anesthesia team was efficient, kind, professional, caring and also took pride in their work. All assistants were friendly and showed concern for my comfort while I was waiting for procedure. I was told this is the best doctor for G.I. track. However if I do not agree. It's like pulling teeth to get answers out of him. I scheduled for a colonoscopy and endoscopy. I asked for the first appointment and ended up waiting a month for this appointment so I could be in and out with the first appointment.And you know you cannot eat the night before. It is Thursday morning I have not eaten since Tuesday. I have seizures and went into a full-blown seizure Wednesday night because my blood sugar dropped. I am here for my surgery at 7 AM for the first appt. everybody has went back it is 730 and I'm still in the lobby I asked the receptionist what is going on my procedure starts at 7. She informed me the doctor does not get here until 8 o'clock and that's when they will start after eight. Can somebody tell me why I have to sit here for an hour before the doctor gets here?? Very not happy. Very inconsiderate. I'm sure it'll take another 30 minutes for me to get back when the doctor arrives at eight if he's on time. This is unacceptable. I guess they missed I wanted to be the first appointment to be in and out they should've scheduled me at the time the doctor would at least be here!!! Not to mention when I was in Broward General for five days it took him forever to come see me in the hospital I should've took that as a sign. read more

I don't understand why this facility received such low reviews because the care I received was outstanding from the moment I walked in the door. Everyone was very kind and professional. I was terrified for so long about having a colonoscopy and upper endoscopy I used to work for some very unprofessional GI doctors in the past. Then I met Dr Marney Goldstein and she was so kind and comforting that she put my fears to rest. She is just amazing. After reading the reviews about this facility I was so nervous about going to them but I can say this place is top notch and the staff is wonderful.
