That said, I thought the prices were a little bit high. I got a couple things, but if the prices were better, I would've gotten more. They had an antique wheelchair, for example, that was like $700. They also had vintage film projectors and other things like that that were priced fairly high. If they had clothes, I didn't notice. I think they did, just not a lot of them. If I lived nearby, I'd stop in from time to time.

There are no…read morefitting rooms, and when my husband tried on a shirt over his clothes, a staff member told us it wasn't allowed because of theft concerns. This meant we had to make an extra trip later just to return items that didn't fit. Today, we visited with our son and were told we couldn't bring our stroller inside; we were expected to carry the baby instead. When I asked where to put the stroller, the employee told me to leave it OUTSIDE . I'm not going to risk having my stroller stolen while shopping at a thrift store. I won't be visiting this location ever again!

He recommended other repair stores but why have a support area if you won't even bother trying to diagnose an issue much less fix it? No pricing on any packaging was also weird but they do have a website that's mostly usable. Cashiers can also check prices and stock for you. I ended up buying a few games just so I didn't go out there for nothing but was pretty disappointed based on the services offered on the website. We came here to get our Switch's charging port repaired. They were super friendly and much more affordable than other bigger franchises doing repairs in the area. There is a shortage of repair techs in the area, we were quoted a month for the repair which was the same as the other shops. Regardless, our repair was completed and at least 30% cheaper than the competitors. The shop is huge and had so much fun merch, my sons and husband were loving exploring their huge selection of games, while I was checking out their kawaii hello kitty plushies and caps. A little bit out of the way, but definitely worth the trip to support this local business!

My wife was in the car and I went in to start the pick up process and when I said I was here to pick up some items, she didn't understand. I told her what we did and she still didn't get it. I told her my wife would be in and when she came in she still didn't understand. She then copped an attitude saying that I didn't give her any information, never mind she didn't ask. We went back and forth with voices raised and she asked me to leave the store. I don't know how the process went with my wife, but based on my experience, we agreed we wouldn't come back here. This is one of the cleanest, most organized, and amicable Plato Closets I have been to honestly. The store is located conveniently in an outdoor shopping center with a huge parking spot.
