I saw Dr. Wenzel and his assistant Jordyn. Jordyn was so sweet and had such a calming energy about her. I came in with heightened anxiety and I also had overheard they were short staffed but she sat with me and took her time answering all my questions. Initially, I went for a dental emergency, Dr Smith was great and personable. All of the staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My whole family has established at Hopewell now. Dr. Yeager has seen all of my children. She has great bedside manner and is also extremely knowledgeable. Our experiences have been terrific. Hopewell Dental will perform work that they don't stand behind and will leave you to pay for the same procedure twice. Hopewell Dental performed a root Canal for me. They charged my insurance and it used every bit of dental insurance for 2021. I was seen in the office several months later with pain still in the tooth and told that I needed the cap to make the pain better. I was still having pain in this tooth and when I returned the x ray showed part of the root was left behind. I have to be referred to a Endodontists and pay to have a second root canal. I will use all of 2022's dental insurance to fix a mistake that their practice made. I just can't understand why they aren't liable to fix the work that I have already paid for indirectly through my insurance. It's sad that they don't stand behind their work and cause people to use every bit of their dental insurance trusting that they know what they are doing in the work of root canals. I would suggest receiving this type of care in a place that backs their work.i have called the number you listed below and left several messages. I went to Hopewell Dental for cosmetic dentistry. Over the course of time I had multiple repairs to veneers and crowns and I needed help. Dr. K provided me with a solution to fill out my smile and when I saw the model I couldn't wait to get started. Now that I have all new crowns on the top I can't stop smiling as they far exceeded my expectations. I can't wait to come back and do the bottom teeth as well. As a senior citizen, I have MANY years of going to various dentists and dental offices in various places that I have lived and I can honestly say that these folks at Hopewell Dental Care are the BEST I have experienced! You know that "awful feeling" that you feel before going to a dental appointment ...and especially when you have to get an actual "procedure" done? I DON'T have that feeling at all ANY MORE! (Dr, Senn even pulled 4 teeth in my mouth at one sitting because I needed to get a partial...and I felt NO PAIN!) Every experience that I have had at Hopewell Dental Care has been 5-star. No kidding! I drive 45 minutes to get to Hopewell Dental Care because they are so good. You won't go wrong with them. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They don't look in your mouth and immediately recommend whatever's the most profitable (for them) procedure...they do what's best for you. read more

This is the complaint I submitted to the BBB in regards to his office staff... - I had scheduled a dental appointment for a cleaning and an invisalign consultation the week of 03/15/2010. I was notified by New Patient Coordinator Melissa that the costs of invisalign can vary dependent on the severity of the dental issues, and also stated that Hopewell Dental Care would be able to financially work with me on the cost of the dental work if I could not receive financing. I scheduled an appointment for 3/27/2010, which went well and the dental staff was kind and friendly. At that time, Nancy (the employee who handles invisalign cases) stated the same thing regarding the financing. I posed numerous questions regarding financing and the alternative methods of payment if financing wasn't approved. I asked numerous questions because I wanted to be certain of the options. I received identical feedback that consistent of the same message, Hopewell Dental Care would be willing to work with me if financing wasn't available for me. After my discussion with Nancy, I had scheduled an appointment on 3/31/2010 to conduct impressions of my teeth to send to invisalign so they could analyze and formulate a price. On 3/29/2010, I received a call from Carla, the finance employee, confirming the appointment as well as finance options. She then stated that everything I was told in regards to Hopewell Dental Care financially working with me was false and said that there was an obvious misunderstanding, and the set cost was $4,900 ($2,000 more than what Melissa had originally said it could be for a minor case). I asked her to run my credit to see if I was eligible for financing before we were to continue the conversation regarding alternative options of financing. I spoke with Carla a couple hours after our initial conversation about financing and she stated that I wasn't approved for enough financing to cover the invisalign treatment. I explained to her what the two previous employees (Melissa and Nancy) had said in regards to the assistance Hopewell Dental Care could provide in special cases. She said that there was no types of options available and explained that there was no way they could assist me regardless of what the other two employees had said. At one point she stated that I "misunderstood". I asked for the names of the individuals I spoke with, which she gave. Shortly after my discussion with Nancy, I called back and left a voice mail message for the dentist, Dr. Steve Krendl. I left voicemail stating that I would like to speak with him in regards to the office staff and their obvious lack of agreement on how the office bills their patients. The following day, 3/30/2010, I received a call from Nancy stating that they felt I was no longer a good "fit" for Hopewell Dental Care and requested that I go elsewhere. - It was unfortunate that I ended up feeling the need to post a complaint to such a reputable institution, but I felt this unprofessional and unacceptable behavior needed addressed on a higher level than what either myself or Hopewell Dental Care management could provide. I would not recommend Hopewell Dental Care to anyone after this experience. read more

I've never enjoyed the dentist after having some major dental issues as a child, but Hopewell Dental Care makes me feel comfortable. I actually enjoy going. Everyone is friendly and caring. Worst dentist office in Heath, Ohio. The receptionists ignored me when I got there and when I finally got their attention they were very rude and actually laughed because I was annoyed. When I finally got into a room I sat there for 30 minutes before a dental hygienist came in to see me. I won't go back. Very unprofessional. read more
