He is a Buckeye through and through (born and raised from central Ohio). He was formally trained in New York City and has deep roots within his family in Dentistry. When I asked why the payment they were requested upfront to schedule the appointment was so high, the stated they require payment upfront and then bill my insurance. They advised once they bill my insurance they will issue a refund. They scam customers and force them to have debt, opposed to being clear and transparent. If they were unable to schedule with a in network provider the should have made it clear, so I could seek treatment elsewhere.
