I came in to fix a flat and wanted to know how much it would cost if I added the tire rotation. They quoted me to fix the flat for free and charge for the rotation and calibrating the sensors to new tire positions. Great deal and I accepted. The problem came when they came back to tell me they were done with the rotation but I needed a new tire. I'm in a money crunch this week and I can't buy the new tire. Actually I didn't want to buy just one new tire. I prefer 2 new ones because the tires have about half the wear of new. I can't afford 2 new tires. I'll need to buy a used tire with 6/32 tread and have it mounted and rotated in with these. But unfortunately they hadn't checked the tire to be sure it was good for a flat repair first. That put me in a jam. I came in for a flat repair and was getting a deal which is why I chose to rotate tires as well. Now there's no deal. Everything has changed. I spoke to a manager and he was very gracious. Both the young men actually were very professional and I was quite impressed. Lately it seems if there's any issue no matter what business it is, the employees get nasty. Even if I'm very cool about it, they're very defensive and even aggressive post Covid. Customer service is so different post Covid. But not these guys. I think the manager was Lonnie and I wish I could remember the other young man's name. He wore glasses. I appreciate these guys understanding my disappointment and they offered to waive the charges on the rotation and just put my spare back on. They also put plastic bags on the rim and tire so they wouldn't get the interior of my vehicle dirty. That was totally unexpected since I put the tire into the back without a cover to begin with. 5 stars for this tire shop. They are all so nice and their prices are very reasonable. I definitely recommend them for anyone trying to find a trustworthy reasonably priced tire store.
