He then showed up at 9 and we were pulled over by DNR at 9:30 and forced to go back because they couldn't provide proof of registration. Our captain Sam "forgot" to mention he had gotten pulled over by the same cops YESTERDAY. When we got back the cop who pulled us over informed us that they have pulled them over multiple times and they are fully aware that they are doing this illegally and on a watch list. We tried to confront Sam after talking to the cops and he ran to his car and left the property. We are currently trying to get a refund and they are not cooperating. DO NOT GIVE THEM SERVICE.

First - and admittedly knowing nothing about the costs of this business model - I notice that pricing seemed significantly higher compared to similar cruises in other places I've visited. Second, and a real downer for suburbanite John H., Saugatuck street parking on a summer weekend is a nightmare comparable to a large city. You might prefer to find the interurban shuttle or arrange a dropoff to ease the stress. After all, a boat ride like this is supposed to fun, right?

They ran out of food for the 'dinner' when they were given a head count at least a week before. And the drink prices were very inconsistent. We even had to argue to get the included beverage that came with the dinner. They say the boat holds 80 persons, yet would only allow 20 on the upper deck. I don't see how the lower deck would hold 60. We cruised south for about 45 minutes then headed back toward the pier heads and proceeded to idle in front of them for 15 min until we asked why we were not "cruising" since that's what we paid for. If you are considering this for a group event, I urge you to not have high expectations. As all the guests did enjoy the cruise, they could have experienced much better customer service and felt like they at least got their $$ worth.

My favorite is playing tennis with my husband. I've never played softball here because I don't hang out with many people but I enjoy everything else. Lots of space to just enjoy the outdoors.
