We had a wonderful morning sailing with Fresh Coast Sailing! We originally had a fishing trip…read morebooked earlier in the week, but unfortunately it was canceled due to rain and high winds. Since our fishing guide was fully booked for the remainder of our vacation, we decided to find another way to get out on the water, and we're so glad we did. The sailboat was beautiful, and the experience was relaxing from start to finish. Captain Andy and first mate were very friendly, and we enjoyed chatting with them about South Haven and the local area. It was a great day on the lake. Overcast, but the sun poked through a few times. We even brought a bottle of champagne and orange juice to enjoy mimosas while we sailed. They were so nice to our kids and even let them help put up the sail and explained the different parts of the sailboat. The entire experience was great and a perfect way to spend a morning on the water with our family. We had a lovely time and would highly recommend Fresh Coast Sailing to anyone visiting South Haven! So, of course we can't use the golf cart rental. South Haven is full of tourists, all golf carts are reserved, there is no way this golf cart would not be rented sometime during the weekend. They refused to refund our money, so we're out over 300.00 for three days of cart rental. I have owned a business...I would never treat a customer like that. This just shows you what kind of owners this business has. Go somewhere else where they'll treat your fairly.
