If I can give ZERO stars I would!! I called two weeks before my event to cancel due to unforeseen events. No where in the contract does it state that any policies about cancellations. I emailed Hopper to state that I would like a refund but they only offered a credit. I explained there is no policy in their contract stating refunds are only given for credit, so i called to make sure I got a refund on my card instead. Heather, who was the one that answered, did not let me finish my sentences. When I told her to tell me where in the contract does it say I cannot get a bank refund, she said "I'm cooking right now and can check tomorrow" she mocked me on the phone without letting me speak and further more said "here you can speak with the owner who is right next to me!!" Would definitely recommend Hopper Moonwalks. We called to get a moonwalk the day before a birthday party and they delivered and were very friendly & helpful. We asked to keep the moonwalk longer and they scheduled our delivery to be first of the day (around 9am) and the pick up to be the last of the day, which was around 10pm. The first one didn't answer and the second was not interested in my business. Even though they were away for the week, I received a return call and several texts within 2 hours of my inquiry as well as a discount coupon for my order. The owners were so nice and accommodating. They delivered the unit the night before it was needed to help with my time constraints and picked it up well after the end time so we could get full use. Awesome. Just awesome. I originally rented just a house/slide combo a few months back, and they were not only early, they came a little later, and my niece had a little more time to enjoy the slide. This time, for my own daughter's birthday, I waited too long to reserve and ended up with an item that wasn't really what I wanted and a little more expensive. Not only did the owner give me a discount on the multiple items I ordered, she waived my little travel fee. Mind you, this issue was my fault! 10 out of 10, would recommend. They had a promotion that you could keep for 2 days over the covid19. Also on their website they said they would give 20 dollars off which wasn't a big deal except they wouldn't even fulfill it. Couldn't take 20 dollars off after I paid 400 for the slide ... greedy. Also they consider one day 6 hours. They don't let you know this until after you pay. And will be right at your house at 6 pm with jumpers on the slide or not to take it away. Although someone doesn't rent it until the next day. read more

I was SO frustrated at having to "trust" some unknown extremely hard to reach, officeless company with delivering THE bouncy house for my daughters huge bday party. August 2016. Suffice it to say, I'm so glad I did! Prompt, punctual, professional and more they def go overboard. It seems it's someone's side-hustle so great job! Hopper Moonwalks provided bouncy castles for a City of Sugar Land event. They cut things off abruptly, without warning, at the end time. Even told kids already in the slide to come climb back down, rather than letting them finish. A few families had been waiting 15 min or more. Made a dozen kids cry.
